Our comfortable and peaceful house on the 14th floor of the building offers a wonderful sea/pool and plain view. You can relax in the shade all day on the open balcony. Free parking is available on the site. Our apartment, which is only a 7-minute walk from the beach, is located in a secure site with a large pool equipped with water slides. At the exit of our site, there are a grocery store, restaurant, cafe, pharmacy, butcher and bar. The Grand Sapphire is within walking distance of the casino and the amusement park.

The house is situated on the third level of the plot with idyllic view of the sunset, the mountains and the company of nature’s sounds.
