Absolutely loved staying at Yunus’s place. He was incredibly responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself is beautiful and ideal for anyone who prefers a calm, peaceful area that’s still well connected to the city. It only took us around 40 minutes to get to the historic peninsula ("Tarihi Yarımada") and just 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The flat is fully equipped—you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Thank you again, Yunus, for the warm welcome and hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Hussain for the fact that the house is the same as in the photo and that it is really clean. We stayed for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The only problem is that the house is very uphill and it is difficult to get to and from the grocery store nearby. However, we also took care of it by shopping from the center and using a bus or takeaway. Thanks so much for everything

The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

the apartment is impeccably clean, is located in a beautiful residential area, the apartment is one-room but spacious, the owner of the apartment took care of all the little things and was always in touch on any issue, my family and I were very pleased and will definitely come back again and I recommend it to everyone, you will not regret it :) in the courtyard of the house there are many restaurants, cafes and shops, beautiful places where you can walk and relax, Thank you for your hospitality and for your care

Orhun was a great and very friendly host. The place is great and has a really perfect location to explore Istanbul from. Lots of restaurants, shopping, very good meze shops and bars around the corner. We felt very comfortable there and would be happy to come back.

Good position, plenty of services around, close by train station. I was staying for several weeks, accomodation was cozy and provided nice place to stay. Place will need few repairs and painting but if you are not looking for five start hotel standard, this place is cool.

our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. Great opportunity to get out of the city and relax.

Ms. Ayşe welcomed us with her beauty and sincerity. Thanks to the location information, we found the house comfortably. Their kitten was very sweet. Thanks to them, we didn't encounter any snakes, bugs, or anything else. They officially took our stress, and it was an opportunity for my son Anil. Everything was thought out and spotless in the house. Even though it's a calm and relaxing home, you don't compromise on your comfort! Kitchen utensils were thought out to the dishwasher detergent. We have stayed in different houses before, but I can say that we have not stayed in such a tidy and clean place. The house had everything we could need, up to the information notes. The only thing missing is that we couldn't find a hanger to hang our coats. The garden, barbecue, patio, our enjoyment was nice, and the house was always warm. We would love to come back. There is also a parking area with a barrier where you can safely park your car! We woke up with the sounds of birds and the fragrances of flowers, we slept in the fresh air in the comfortable beds! We didn't want to heat it because we didn't want to use the pool.

Host Can’s Place is a beautiful, tranquil oasis in a prime location with a spectacular beautiful view. The host has been super helpful catering to any needs, really appreciate his proactive support & prompt responsive. What stood out the most is the prime location but still quit serene neighborhood cherry on top is fantastic Bosporus views 💕 thank you very much Can for having me 💐

A house in a beautiful location with a large veranda. However, it is not possible to descend around the stream, it is quite steep.

A perfect house and a wonderful host, Sema Hanım! The house is much more beautiful than in the photos, every item in the house is very valuable and meaningful. While I was sitting on the balcony, I felt like a sultan living in the old times and watching the Bosphorus in her palace, I woke up every morning with the whistles of the ships passing through the Bosphorus, I drank my coffee among the singing of the birds, I walked in the forest area near the house or ran down to the beach. As for the host, Esma Hanım.. I don't know how to describe her in words, she is very helpful, very naive, very smart, an exemplary woman, I have nothing to do but feel lucky to have met her, thank you for designing such a house and coming into my life!

I am completely satisfied. Except for the garden, we were not even allowed to smoke in the garden. And the stairs are so high. I am sick myself. I had to constantly run up and down. And they still made stress. That we leave the apartment.

A very suitable apartment for 1-2 people within walking distance of the metrobus and metro. There are mini shopping malls, supermarkets and various restaurants on the first floor. You can even say coffee to the apartment from the cafe below. It was nice to be allowed to use the parking lot. Host is quick to respond to questions. I recommend it to those who prefer to stay in a central location on the Anatolian side.
