We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

There is room in the bedroom for a queen airbed if you are a couple and bringing a kid or two and don't mind the squeeze, but otherwise this is ideal for a couple. The beach features cool rock formations, a fresh water tidal creek ideal for kids to play in, a long gentle surf break for wading. It's just a perfect beach for kite flying, long inspiring walks and campfires at night! Pet friendly unit.

Living room/kitchen and large deck w/ partial ocean view upstairs. There's a fenced yard (dogs welcome; sorry no cats). Wifi, cable TV, streaming, washer/dryer and fireplace. Two blocks from Laneda Av (main commercial street) and 3 blocks to the beach. Not fancy, but great location and very comfortable for a weekend or week-long beach getaway.
