With a beautiful architecture and an artistic atmosphere, this three-level house located in the city center, a few steps from the Baltic Opera, a park and the P.G. University, is the perfect spot to get to know the city and relax in an eclectic environment. The property contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, independent wardrobes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with TV, a working area and a Garden Room that connects with a beautiful garden. Single-family house near the main district street and the bus stop, but located in a peaceful place (second row of houses). The entire floor of the house (60 m2), with an independent entrance through spiral stairs and a grass garden. We provide a basic arrangement, without unnecessary extravagance, but in a calm atmosphere and without neighbors in the building. The attic (~ 20m2) is under arrangement; please see the photos. There are beds, but we don't have additional features yet.

A house overlooks the sea in a beautiful, quiet district of Gdynia, 3 min. walk from the beach and 1.5 km from the boulevard. There is a waffle and ice cream bar nearby, and a clearing with a bonfire area and a children's playground. The nearest bus stop is located 7 min on foot from the house, from which the bus goes to the city center of Gdynia (20 min). It is an ideal place for a quiet holiday away from the crowd of tourists, with the possibility of easy access and sightseeing.

Seaside Holidays

A house on the edge of a forest located in the coastal village of Mikoszewo on the outskirts of Żuław Vistula. It's the perfect place to unwind. House (two-storey) located next to a bicycle path (Mierzeja Wiślana Mikoszewo-Piaski-Mikoszewo); 20 min. walk, forest road from the beach. A place perfect for families with children, dogs, cats. If you want to take a break from the city's rhythm, get energy, or you need a quiet place to work, I invite you to Mikoszewa.

High standard apartment on the ground floor ,located 40 meters from the beach and 60 meters from the pier of Orłowski. The apartment has an independent entrance. There are two rooms ,space for four guests ,two double beds. One of the rooms has an exit to the intimate terrace in the garden. Fully functional and equipped kitchen dining room. There is high-speed internet , in every TV room, hair dryer, first aid kit. We provide a parking space on the property.

The center of Gdynia is 7 minutes by car. Orlowski Klif 10, 12 min by car. The apartment is about 36 meters with 2 rooms , 2 beds, a sofa bed 140x200 and a bed 140x200, the photo shows a smaller mattress but currently the bed has 140x200. Free parking. Feel free:)
