Jean Yves and Sandrine were very responsive and welcomed us perfectly when we had a car breakdown on the way and therefore had to delay our arrival. The breakfast offered is hearty and we enjoyed the fresh bread in the morning. The spacious and well-equipped accommodation is a very good surprise. A little note for Lol, a very playful and friendly dog participates in the excellent quality of the welcome. We recommend it and will be happy to come back if we have a chance.

A great weekend for a successful bachelorette party! The house was exactly as advertised, very clean, well-equipped, with a beautiful pool. The host was really welcoming and warm, we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. Thank you for everything, we leave with wonderful memories. We recommend it without a second thought!

The house is very clean, spacious and well decorated. The hosts were very responsive and flexible, especially regarding the dates of stay in the villa. Too bad the weather didn't let us enjoy the pool! Beautiful villa in any case!

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back 🙂

A beautiful property, rural French charm outside but modern and clean inside. The garden is gorgeous with a big pool, plenty of seating and space for everyone. The cycle routes in the local area are fantastic, plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking. A short drive to Épernon and a 45 minute trip into Gare Montparnasse makes trips to Paris super easy. Very peaceful and quiet, a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

We had an amazing time with friends! The accommodation exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and activities offered! We were able to enjoy the May 29th long weekend in the best conditions! Thank you, we recommend!

Great A real family home . Located in the heart of Poigny, this beautiful building has remained in its juice... which makes it all its charm. We stayed there with our (big) children and were able to enjoy the 6 large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms! The very large living rooms with kitchen and service are great for reuniting with family . The fireplace adds a real plus even if the heating is perfect throughout the house. A beautiful park also allows you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and very well made when there are many people. Enclosed garden ideal for children and the place and its surroundings really very beautiful. It's easy to access and the communication is excellent. Great place for a weekend less than 1 hour from Paris.

Very good night spent in Marie's little cottage, following a wedding located 7 minutes away. The accommodation is clean, well decorated, and the bedding is comfortable. Everything is there, we didn't miss anything. The key box allowed us to be autonomous in our comings and goings. The accommodation is equipped with several mirrors, as well as a bathroom cabinet with double sinks, very useful, when we had to get ready before the wedding. Thank you very much!

We were married not far from the accommodation offered by Francine. We were very well received, the arrival and departure times could be adapted. The space was very clean and very easy to access. Thanks for everything:)

The place was spotless. We were 10 adults on the occasion of a birthday and the comfort was there. The house is extremely well equipped with a lot of utensils and other things in the kitchen in particular, we did not lack anything. Everything was clean, well done! The layout of the rooms is very practical and there are 3 bathrooms and individual toilets which is very practical when there are many people. The garden was also very nice, and the barbecue convenient. The only small surprise was the proximity to the second house of the condominium which is located right next door, but we were not bothered (and hope we did not bother). Olivier was very responsive to messages and accommodating. Everything went smoothly and it was really nice! The house is located near a bus stop so very convenient if you don't have a car. No shops in the immediate vicinity, however. Very quiet neighborhood. I recommend it!

We had a great weekend at Aurélien's, we enjoyed the 4 beautiful rooms all equipped with a bathroom and toilet. We were able to enjoy the large terrace as well as the jacuzzi, despite a little capricious weather! Ideal place to meet with friends or family in a very peaceful place!

A small haven of peace, bright, refined and bathed in roses, close to nature and the pretty little town of Montfort l'Amaury. A pleasure!

A big thank you to Julie for this very pleasant stay in the Perche. Her house is in perfect condition, very clean and very nicely decorated with taste. Julie is very friendly and full of nice little touches. We recommend 100%!

The house is located in a peaceful environment (near the forest and a beautiful equestrian center, accessible on foot). It is very well equipped and there are many games and toys in the garden and in a children's room. Our daughters loved it. We didn't miss a thing. We'll be happy to go back.

The Orangerie is so lovely, such a unique and beautiful space in such a peaceful picturesque place! We loved our stay here the bed was so comfy, we were so relaxed, everything was just perfect!
