The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

Situated in the peaceful traditional village of Xirosterni, 10 mins drive from the nearest beach.

The house is 77 sm. It has a ground floor and a first floor with indoor stairs and a big balcony around.At the ground floor there is a big kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. At the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom too. The house also includes a big yard shared with Sunbeam. If it is requested, Dream -catcher can be rented at the same time with Sunbeam only if they are both available.
