The villa was exactly as we had seen in the pictures. The stay was good we really enjoyed the space and there were no interruptions whatsoever!

From the moment I made the booking, Harjyot was in touch with me and made the whole process extremely smooth. He was very warm, courteous and just before we checked in, he also made arrangements for some soft drinks and drinking water for us. He gave us a quick tour of the property and also had a caretaker on site, in case we needed any help. The property in itself is absolutely beautiful and ideal for a group of friends/family to come for a quick getaway. The pool is big enough and very well maintained with bathroom/showers right next to it. The open greens are beautiful and the landscaping is done very tastefully as well. The house inside is very spacious and open with big rooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen also has all the basic equipment like fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, induction top etc, so one would not miss anything. Even though the farm is just a 5 minute drive from the busy Chattarpur road, it is extremely quite and serene with no hustle bustle or noise of the city. There are also food outlets like Subway, Dominos, Moti Mahal etc. that deliver here, so food is taken care of. Overall, It's a wonderful getaway and certainly worth visiting. Many thanks to Harjyot and Mr Sodhi for making our stay very comfortable and memorable. We shall be back again :)

The stay was amazing. There wasn’t much restrictions. Rooms were clean. Pool and garden area was well maintained. The care taker wasn’t fussy about anything. Overall worth the price

The Villa was exactly as described online and it was picture perfect. It had a specious living room for our family get together and a huge lawn where one could enjoy various sports. Both the caretakers Nikhil and Ankit were extremely kind and helpful, they were on top of the things all the time and took care of everyone’s request.

The host was very good at communicating and was very understanding if I needed something. The place was also awesome, it was super clean and exactly like the pictures. Would stay here again

Good stay overall

Excellent place and plenty of room for everyone. It was winter when we came, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and the house was quite cold (no heat) but that was to be expected. The only piece of advice would be to ensure you have enough time to enjoy this magnificent house and its amenities! Gorgeous and very convenient to the airport.

We were a party of 14 and booked the place for my mom and her twin sister’s 60th Birthday. There were multiple dietary restrictions involved and many additional requests for making the occasion special for them. I couldn’t be more grateful to the staff and management for being super patient and helpful through it all. The food was homely, the property is incredibly beautiful, especially in winters soaking in the sun in their lawns was super soothing. Extremely hospitable experience that I would heartily recommend to anyone looking for a family getaway with elderly family members

easy to reach , clean and spacious accommodation. privacy was well maintained pool was awesome we travelled in a group of 15 including children all were well satisfied and loved the place Mr Gurpreet was very prompt in every aspect. right from booking to check out he was always there helping out . he took care of all our request. food was awesome, less spicy as requested. it's my advice that if you are going in a group please opt for meals from Mr Gurpreet. bar be que snacks and food were finger licious we would definitely love to visit in future

9 of us stayed at this villa for my sister’s bachelorette. The most gorgeous house - with clear instructions and 24/7 help from the host. There is a gorgeous pool where we all also relaxed. This bachelorette was memorable largely also because we got such a beautiful space to celebrate it at! Would recommend this gorgeous villa to everyone!

We celebrated our son’s first birthday at House of Joy and it was a great place for such occasions, with beautiful lawns, spacious bedroom and living area. Kanika and her were very helpful and proactive since we checked in. One suggestion for the owner, paying additional 2000 for a cooler in the lawn area felt a bit weird. It should be in-house if customer is paying that much.
