This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

Everything is so comfortable: - beautiful view, - calm and piece of the place, - comfort, services, availabity of everything you need to make you feel at home, - supermarket is 10mins walking, etc. I am very glad I was in such a place and happy to have met Michael! Basic accommodations at a fair price. Bob and Kay have added lots of cozy and convenient touches to make this little room more comfortable for guests. Great neighborhood convenient to downtown and public transportation, but also with some great restaurants nearby. I really appreciated the recommendations and being able to store luggage after check out.

We couldn’t be more grateful to have stayed at Peggy’s casa- the peace beauty calm and privacy of the landscape was an immediate welcome and shift. The listing is accurate of course but also can’t be matched by truly how intentional well cared for and pristine the place is. Kitchen was perfect, all amenities great. I had an amazing stay at Victoria’s place over the past five days. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described and how I like it. The location made it easy to get around Tucson, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing after long days. I loved the executive golf course near by and restaurants near by have that home town flavor. Ms. Vickii was responsive, professional, and made check-in super simple. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel welcoming and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Tucson, and I’d be happy to stay here again!

Clean place, looks like it has been updated recently, the hotel itself is older but the room was nice. Didn’t use any amenities but the shower was hot, the AC worked great, it was near a ton of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and in a safe neighborhood. Will be staying here again
