Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Gaston County

The Cozy Carolina was as advertised and it will not disappoint. Ronda was an incredible host and her home was so accommodating. From the location -with easy (keyless) check-in, to the extra towels and outdoor grill, this home was so sweet and perfect for a relaxing time away with a few friends. Highly recommended!

Hosts were extremely helpful and provided written instructions upon checkin. The house is beautiful and definitely more than enough room to accommodate my family dinner in celebration of my son’s graduation. Ample seating on all decks and the screened in porch was perfection. We will definitely stay again!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Jessica was proactive with communication and all instructions for checking in and out were clear. The house was in tip shop shape and met the expectations of the listing exactly. Everything is well labeled inside for operating lights, tv, appliances, etc. along with a welcome guide to the house and surrounding area. The fully stocked coffee station was also a nice touch.

Great place to state the kids lived the bunk beds and it was really close to hiking. Will definitely stay again!

I had a great stay! The house was a cozy little spot—perfect for a quiet getaway. It’s in a small, peaceful area, but still conveniently close to the city, which made getting around super easy. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive; she replied quickly every time I messaged her and made sure everything was going smoothly. I really appreciated the care and communication. I’ve stayed at Malik’s place a few time now. Can’t be the location and what the place has to offer. Very rare to find a 2 bed 2 bath rental on Airbnb when I travel. Would stay again for many years to come.

Great location to walk to events at Bank of America stadium. There are coffee shops and restaurants directly across the street, as well. Traffic noises at night were loud, but it’s expected when you’re in the heart of everything. We appreciated having parking at the building, and the host gave clear instructions for using the garage and other building accesses.

This was by far one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Walkable, safe, comfortable, fully equipped with anything you’d need. Beautiful eclectic neighborhood with access to parks, trails, bike paths and uber! Enya was very friendly and responsive, provided snacks, coffee pods and soap/shampoo/etc. We walked to the city (about 15-20 minutes) and enjoyed dining out, visiting museums and enjoyed a ball game! We even drove out to a casino in Kings Mountain and hiked! Great location definitely one you don’t want to miss if you’re in this area.

Great location on a quiet street very close to downtown area,. Long public walk/bike/run space right across the street….id come back just for that…

If I could give this condo a rating of 6 stars I would!! Larry and Pat went above and beyond with communication. The information left in the condo about the community, restaurant, and things to do was excellent. Their place is beautifully decorated. Most Airbnb’s are plain and minimal. Their place is tastefully decorated and very nicely furnished. The appliances in the kitchen were spotless and the kitchen was stocked with every possible dish, pan, glass or utensil you could ever need. Larry & Pat’s place is truly a “Home Away From Home.”

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!

This house is a showplace. It is immaculate, beautiful, well appointed and a good location. Melanie is a great host. You can feel the love in her place. It is really nice. She was easy to work with, the house was clean, we lacked for nothing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very nice, spacious and again spotless. I would stay there again without hesitation.
