Lake house holiday rentals in Gartow

Beautiful and very cozy house. We immediately felt comfortable there. The area is beautifully quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday in nature. We also liked the property directly on the water very much. We were able to relax superbly and enjoyed the stay very much. Christin is very friendly and always responded quickly when we had questions.

That was great! The garden and wonderful location with "private" beach are simply a dream. It can be walked comfortably to the supermarket and we also liked the beautiful Lauenburg on the other side of the Elbe extremely well. We would also like to emphasize the very friendly tenants in the apartment, who had helped us great with check-in. If we are allowed, we will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay. Even out of season, there is no dullness. Anna's place delivers what it promises: quiet location, diverse leisure activities, clean and well-equipped cottage. The only downside is the slow internet connection – but that's not Anna's fault. The area is generally poorly connected. All in all we had a good time and would be happy to come back. ☺️

The house is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Everything was as shown and described on the pictures and the hosts can be reached quickly. The house is equipped with everything needed and is very clean. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Modern, beautifully furnished and well-equipped apartment. Highlight for us was the beautiful garden with climbing frame and toys. Communication was straightforward and friendly, we felt very comfortable. The apartment is not directly on the lake and the entrance is via a fenced beach bar, which was open during our stay on the 1st of May (holiday) only from 3 pm and on weekends from 12 pm.

We had such a lovely stay at Vera’s place! The home is beautiful, bright and clean and there was more than enough space for two couples and 3 young children. The surrounding area and lake exceeded our expectations and we spent our time strolling through the many different paths and around the lake. Travelling with young kids is always a challenge but Vera has everything you need available including lots of toys which was such a bonus. And Vera herself was a wonderful host - very responsive and super accommodating. Highly recommend her place! Thank you Vera! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The little cottage has a lot of charm, is modern and totally cozy. It is super good and equipped with a lot of attention to detail. The outdoor area with the pirate ship is great - our child loved it! The lake is just a few steps away. The peace was unique, ideal for relaxing. There are worthwhile attractions for young and old in the vicinity - at check-in we received many tips and gladly used them. Thank you for your hospitality and best regards

The place is highly recommended. My daughter said after an hour that she would like to give 5 stars :) Bettina and Florian are great hosts and their mill has a lot of charm. It is located at the end of a small village, where it is very quiet. It is particularly nice that you can walk to the neighboring forest and the heathland behind it and thus be very close to nature. We will definitely be coming back.

A very well-equipped apartment with a great location.

Annett is a very friendly hostess, the house is quiet, a little remote from the center, surrounded by other houses (a bit very close for our standards, but that's the way it is), the equipment is very extensive, kitchen machine, egg cooker, blender, sufficient dishes and cutlery, just everything there, like at home. Washing machine and dryer are also available. Any questions that arose were clarified promptly and directly on site, and Annett can always be reached by phone. Our request for billing on the day of departure was 100% fulfilled. In the upper bathroom, showering in the bathtub under the sloping ceiling is a bit difficult, so we used the bathroom on the ground floor for showering. All in all, we had a nice stay and say thank you very much.

We had a very nice, quiet few days at the place. The house is in a very nice location and has everything you need. The sauna was very relaxing and the beds super comfortable. Communication was always very quick and helpful. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

We felt very comfortable with Anne. We were there for five days in mid-April. The house is in a very quiet, rural location and has a great big, well maintained garden. We had great weather and everything blew beautifully, especially the beautiful, large cherry tree in the garden. Shopping and opportunities for sporting activities are nearby. Anne's house is very well equipped and authentic. The kitchen is new, beautiful and very well appointed. The living and sleeping rooms are comfortable and also well equipped. The beds in the lower bedroom are functional, but more for children as they are very deep. There is satellite TV and internet. The stairs to the upper bedrooms are very steep and a challenge for older and very young guests. But for my 80 year old mother to cope. We had a lovely, relaxing time and will definitely come back again. Thanks to Anne and see you soon!

We really enjoyed the house. Our car and our bikes were safely housed in the garage. From there you could also get to the house. The house is very spacious and the bike paths are almost outside the house. The furnishings are very tasted and functional. Two accesses to the garden and on the terrace with sun loungers and seating make the stay there comfortable as well. Anna is a very nice host, responds with great speed, everything is optimal. If we stay healthy, we will be back for sure.

Silke and Ralf welcomed us very warmly and always made us feel welcome. They were always available, without being intrusive. They had good tips for activities during the cultural country trip and were extremely accommodating. I can well imagine visiting them again. The area is wonderfully suited to exploring by bike - even if you like it a little sportier. The courtyard is very lovingly designed and also offers many possibilities for children.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The space is gorgeous. The garden is beautiful and totally idyllic. The water is within walking distance. The house is equipped with everything you could ever need. We had wonderful days there and would be happy to come back.
