Lynda is a brilliant host and had tea, coffee, milk and fruits ready for us before we arrived. The place was very clean and felt like home. Kids loved the place and the board games. The icing on the cake is the location as, it is next to Ocean edge. She responded promptly for any questions we had. We have enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return back if we visit surrounding places. Thank you very much for hosting us Lynda, we had a great time.

The caravan we stayed at was lovely. We were welcomed with a box of chocolates which was a nice gesture and the kids were very excited about haha We had forgotten our phone chargers but luckily there was a charger at the caravan. The TV had netflix and there was WiFi available. The hosts local guide was brilliant and we did most things recommended including Williamson park, Lancaster castle, St Patrick's chapel at Heysham Head and Morecambe which we would highly recommend to others staying. We had taken our own t.bags, coffee, sauces etc but these were also left at the caravan so if people forgot things then they were available. Would stay here again :)

Would 100% recommend to anyone, Cathy was a great host very informative and helpful the property was just as described. Kendal is a nice place as-well beautiful surroundings area with plenty to visit even with walking distance.

Absolutely gorgeous place. We loved being on the lake and and having access to it. Vanessa gave loads of recommendations and communicated well. Pictures matched the place. Wouldn't hesitate going back.

We had such a fun time! The accommodation was beautifully designed and a great set up to enjoy our birthday with friends. We enjoyed the hot tub, and a great spacious living room space for us all. The host had excellent communication with quick responses to help me with anything I needed. We want to come back and try the other accommodations they offer. Was such a fun experience, and our friends loved the feel of the house and set up.

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

What can I say, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Jackie is an amazing host and could not be more accommodating and helpful. The caravan was so lovely and homely. Extremely clean with everything we could possibly need as a home from home. The beds were comfortable and we all had good nights sleep. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Our family had a lovely stay at Burrowbank at the end of the summer holiday. The house is fantastic with all the facilities you could ask for. The kids loved the swings and most of all the pool, while the covered (heated) BBQ area meant evening meals outside watching the sunset. Great location and setting, very private and we would definitely come again and recommend to others. Martyn and Christine were very helpful and went the extra mile (even posting my daughter’s disposable camera that she left behind). Can’t think of any negatives and we made some great/happy memories.

Superb detached house, in quiet location with a cosy feel despite being very large. Amazing views and spacious gardens ideal for adventurous kids. We had a lovely time here with extended family and the hosts have thoughtfully included everything needed for an easy home from home feel. Would highly recommended staying here.

This was exactly what we wanted over the Christmas period. Quiet with a sow pace of life in wonderful surroundings. The place was extremely cosy and a delight to stay in. Thank you.

We had a great time at Ashley and Donna's place. It's in a small town with lots of pubs and restaurants. We had a few logistics challenges, however Sainsbury's was right at the doorstep. Donna and Ashley were very responsive, however it would be great if there's a guide with clear instructions after checking in. Would highly recommend this.

Sarah was very friendly and helpful. We felt really comfortable in her home. Too bad only one night was available during this period.

A few of us stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding at Wyresdale Park (about a 5 minute drive away), and we can say the photos don't do the accommodation any justice! It's located in a nice, quiet area, but not too far away from restaurants, etc. There is parking right in front of the door, but one of us also parked by the church.

This is such a peaceful and picturesque find. Cosy and comfortable with some beautiful walks nearby. Great outdoors spaces and some lovely places close by to visit.

Exactly what you would expect from a cottage in the centre of Chipping - on the other hand modern bathroom and kitchen and everything nicely decorated.

This is an absolutely wonderful little house, in beautiful condition. Clean, comfortable and homely, it even has plentiful toys, games and books which our 4yo was delighted by. It's within an easy walk of Morecambe prom, Morecambe town centre, Happy Mount Park, and a fish and chip shop. We would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return one day soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

yet another wonderful stay in a beautiful location can't recommend Victoria's place enough if your looking to get away from it all it's the perfect place ,wonderful host very helpful and approachable nothing is too much trouble accommodation is spotless with everything you need provided plus it's dog friendly our little Buddy had a wonderful time playing with the hosts dog Freddy 🐕 thank you Victoria for making us feel so welcome we will definitely be back x

Lovely little spot right on the edge of the town and easily accessed from the M6 or local bus services. Great places to visit within walking distance, corner shop 30 seconds from the front door and takeaways close by. Neat and tidy home with clean towels and sheets. Responsive and kind host.

Perfect place to stay in Lancaster! Very clean and modern, loved the bathroom it has an amazing rainfall shower. Quiet road, easy to park and short walk to railway station and Lancaster Castle. Claire is a great host, friendly and quick to reply. Thoughtful as toiletries in bedrooms and tea, coffee and milk for stay. Would 100% recommend.

Wanted a short break so didn't want to have to travel far from Manchester. This location was ideal just over an hour away. The cottage was brilliant. Lovely deco. Kitchen brilliant I like to cook and kitchen had everything needed...I could have cooked a roast dinner there. All utensils cooking pots plates etc there. Bathroom spotless and good shower. A bath there if you prefer a soak. Bed comfy. Location quiet but there are 3 pubs and 3 takeaway within 5 minute walk. Also a late opening Coop express and a chemist.Parking nearby is good. Natalie communications prompt. Would highly recommended this location...we'll be using it again. We did the Ingleton Waterfall Trail located just 20 minute drive away. Doing this was worth the trip alone. It is £11 adult but really is worth it. Is a proper walk not just a path so appropriate footwear needed. Take a picnic some great locations to eat. Takes a good 4 hours to do but waterfalls and walk are great day out. Plenty of steps though.

Little Lambs Lodge is a perfect getaway for a couple wanting a peaceful and relaxing retreat. It has everything you could wish for and more. The outside decking is private and comfortable with lots of little lambs to watch. The property is close to a number of amenities and attractions, many within walking distance. Carly and Peter are wonderful hosts and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Thank you for a superb week, hope to return soon. Our friends have already been asking questions about renting it !!
