Annex apartment by the lake

Our granny apartment is located on an idyllic property directly on the island lake. From the covered terrace as well as the rooms you can look into the garden and enjoy the nature and the partial view of the lake. The surrounding area offers many opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Within walking distance you can reach the Ernst Barlach Museum, the beach and restaurants. By arrangement, our boat can be used and you can get directly from the jetty to the lake.

Whether by the water, on the apple tree or in the grass, everyone will find their favorite spot here! Our holiday farm has a 20,000 m² waterfront property with its own water access, jetty and boat rental. Rowing boat 6€/hour or 24€/day and electric boat 50 or 60€/day (reserve if necessary). At the rear there are 3 log houses, in front a group house for 20 people and a small holiday apartment. Each log cabin has its own parking space directly at the house.

We rent a small, cozily furnished apartment on the first floor of a townhouse on the Berlin-Copenhagen bike path. It is close to several lakes with swimming areas, boat rentals, restaurants, a swimming pool, wildlife park, a historic city center with theater, cinema, cathedral, church and Renaissance castle. The writer UWE JOHNSON spent his school years in our house. We (Sylvie & Tobias) look forward to friendly guests and warmly welcome them.

Large covered south terrace, second terrace to the Baltic Sea side. Hair dryer and washing machine available, sauna with sea view. A laundry service on request for a fee.

"Yellow Salon" in the post-socialist manor house 2-4

The "yellow salon" is a spacious, stately 2-room apartment (about 80 sqm) for 2 - 4 people with marod charm and is located on the first floor of the left-hand hallway. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. In the meantime, there are 4 apartments of different sizes, for up to 12 guests, in the house.

If you are looking for peace and seclusion, the rural surroundings are just right. The 115 square meter apartment is located in the listed estate manager's house and has a separate entrance area and a 300 square meter garden. In addition to the 2 bedrooms and the living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available. In the annex, there is a lockable room for your bikes.
