Holiday rentals with breakfast in Gapyeong-eup

thank you so much for this wonderful stay. the location close to Seoul Station was impeccable and made staying with two kids really easy. Liz was also really helpful and told us where the umbrellas were one day when it was pouring cats and dogs- proactively. we really appreciated that. we really enjoyed our stay and want to thank you again! I also think the place looks better in real life than in the pictures!

The structure and room are very well maintained, clean and looks new. The room was as described with all the amenities listed. It was possible to have breakfast with basic ingredients provided by the property or you could easily cook. The host was responsive and friendly and always explained and helped us.

Love that the place was situated right in the middle of the iconic shopping area of Seongsu, so it's walkable to all the must-visit stores and restaurants. It's also a < 5-minute walk to Ttukseom station, making it a breeze to travel to places like Myeongdong, Hongdae and more. Hana's place was comfortable and felt homely with all the right amenities. She's friendly and proactive in reaching out, sharing local spots around the area and offering an early bag drop off which eased our travelling around before check-in by a lot.

It was a very pretty accommodation. I didn't expect much from the photos, but the colors were prettier and more peaceful. The weather was pretty and cloudy, so the atmosphere was nice and calm. It was the best ~

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely, with many great cafés nearby, and it’s close to the metro station, which made everything easy. The host is amazing — kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I truly felt at home here. I would definitely stay again!

It was nice to be able to use one bed for each family of five. Parking was convenient and the house was cozy. The stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so it may be a little dangerous for the elderly or those who are uncomfortable with their legs. (On the first floor, there is 1 bed. My grandfather used the first floor, so it wasn't a big problem ~) The host is very kind, and the bathroom has everything you need, so you just need to bring a toothbrush. The kitchen is tidy and overall we loved it!

It's a great place to heal. It was nice that there was a Baeksasil Valley right in front of you, and you could also hike Bukaksan lightly.

The home was in a nice community with lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. It was clean and very comfortable.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

The place was exactly as described in the listing! The space was super spacious and clean. The hosts were also incredible and answered very quickly. They are super sweet and provided small souvenirs, along with some small snacks. The location is also very convenient as it is close to the subway, and in walkable distance to Hongdae. Would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to visit Seoul!

The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but not at all scary – we felt very safe the whole time. The place had everything we needed, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We especially appreciated the little touches, like the fully stocked kitchen and the TV in the bedroom where we could relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, and everything smelled fresh and clean. The host was amazing – super responsive, kind, and helpful with any questions we had. Their service really made a difference and made us feel well taken care of. We were genuinely impressed and felt right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in the area. From the moment I booked, the host went above & beyond in every possible way. We were celebrating a special birthday during our trip & the host helped us out with beautiful welcome decorations that made our arrival truly unforgettable. Their attention to detail made us feel so cared for, it was like being hosted by a friend who genuinely wants your stay to be perfect. The apartment is very close to COEX Mall with an Olive Young steps away on the ground floor of the building, convenience store restaus & cafes just around the corner. The accommodation experience is super good, it is located in a residential area and is very quiet at night, the kitten is also very cute ~ The room is just like the photo, the landlord speaks Chinese very well!!Don't worry about language communication, the people are very, very nice, you can contact him if you have any problems, I hope Santa can make your wish come true this year🛗

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

The house is perfect except for the steep hill in front of the house.The host couple was very friendly and comfortable. You have to use NAVER map to get there.Don’t take Google maps or you’ll get lost.

The location of the homestay is very quiet, we spent a pleasant 5 days 4 nights.Although it was not close to the subway, there were multiple busses at the door to pick up the subway, and the service was very attentive by the owner of the house multiple times through Airbnb to guide us to how to get there.There is a 24-hour food supply in the common kitchen, and the coffee is especially good, which saved me a lot of money on this trip.But the lack of beauty is that the mattress is a little soft, everything else is very good.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
