A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center. The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat control on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

Beautiful house with view and private jetty

The home and surroundings were above expectations! The accommodation made the stay a magical experience as there was a lot available, barbecue, sauna and jetty! Everything you needed was in the cabin and our children had a completely screen-free stay, which was completely painless for us parents thanks to the cabin's facilities. The view was incredible and we were very lucky with the weather. The host was very helpful and kept good communication. We felt welcome and allowed to feel at home. Highly recommend the accommodation if you visit Luleå and we visit Luleå again we hope that we are welcome back to this wonderful accommodation 🙏

Staying at Sarah and Philip's house was a pleasure. The house is very luxurious and conducive to rest and relaxation. The hosts take care of the guests' comfort on all levels: treating you with good snacks, for your child they will prepare toys, safety devices in contact sockets, protective barriers for the stairs. Books on various aspects of Sweden and leaflets related to the area's attractions were a great joy. The hosts were also always ready to contact us, and helped us to retrieve the keys we had left behind. I hope we will return to this cottage more often.

We spent two weeks in Sweden, including 3 days in Luleå where we celebrated my birthday, and we couldn't have made a better choice than to stay here, at Ingemar's beauiful cabin. After all that traveling and staying in. hotels, it was so nice to just kick back and relax and enjoy the lovely view of the water. We grilled our meals in the little cabana, swam in the Gulf of Bothnia, and enjoyed the sauna. Our hosts thought of everything, including leaving a bottle of champagne and chocolates in the fridge to wish me a happy birthday! So sweet of them! The place itself appears to be brand new with high end appliances, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Conveniently located near the airport and the town itself, it was easy to get groceries, and just a short drive to get to the UNESCO world heritage site! This is a very special place that feels very remote from all the cares of the world. Highly recommended!
