The idea is simple: we rent out beautiful places – and use the income to enable social organisations to use places like these free of charge. Your booking here helps support our Schiffmühle location, where the boathouse and the grounds along the Alte Oder river are regularly open to social groups at no cost. This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

This wonderful new 120-square-meter (1,292-square-foot) attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter (16.4-foot) Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Our cozy bungalow is in the middle of nature – ideal for unwinding. A small, directly adjacent estate park invites you to take a walk. There is also a farm shop in the village with regional products. Other shopping options and the train station are only 5 minutes away by car. Lake Gamen is a 12-minute walk away and offers clean water and many cozy swimming spots, as well as a swimming beach with a snack bar and café. Bicycles are available upon request.
