Holiday rentals in Gallina

Paolo’s house was the perfect place for a week-long holiday for our group of 7. The house is truly beautiful, spacious and well kept, you can tell that Paolo and his wife take great care of it. It has all the amenities you need from bathroom to kitchen supplies. The patio is gorgeous with a lovely garden, wonderful views over the nearby mountains providing beautiful sunset views daily. The fairy lights and lanterns create a lovely and cosy atmosphere at night. There is a hammock and a bench swing and lots of outdoor seating to relax and socialise together but because the house is big there is space to have privacy too. The sea-themed decor of the house is also striking with every detail thought through. The location is peaceful and private but you’re only a 2 minute walk away from the beach which is also really beautiful, with cliffs on one side, lovely soft sand and crystal clear, shallow water. Paolo and Giovanna are lovely people and really helpful, we would definitely come back!

I think this might be the greatest apartment we have ever rented. The location is very private at the end of a small residential road. The view is spectacular with clear sea view directly from the balcony. There is a small, quiet beach just next to the apartment which was more than enough for our needs. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything needed or daily living and is especially well-suited for a larger family with 3 fully functional bed rooms. There are lovely decorations everywhere and it has a very nice "beachy" feel to it. Rosella is an excellent host - very friendly, responsive and flexible. We especially appreciated the Sicilian specialties when we arrived. The only negative things I can think of are: 1, to reach the apartment, you have to drive a couple of hundred meters on a quite narrow road with room for just one car. 2, to reach the nearest city you have to walk a few km on a busy road. I would walk there as grown-ups but not bring small kids.

Salvatores hus er en lille perle, som var perfekte rammer for to ugers ferie for vores familie på fire. Haven er ubeskriveligt hyggelig, og vi har brugt adskillige timer i poolen, hængekøjen og på terrassen med vores børn. Sandstranden kunne nås på gåben på 5 minutter, og også her brugte vi mange timer med sandleg og badning. Stedet var perfekt til endagsture til byer som Siracusa og Ragusa. Salvatore var utrolig gæstfri, og jeg har sjældent mødt så hjælpsom en mand. Han var den perfekte vært og reagerede hurtigt, hvis der var noget. Vi fik en rigtig brugbar introduktion til hus og område, da vi ankom. Vi håber at komme tilbage en dag😀

We spent a brilliant week here with our kids (11 and 13) and, although we had plans to explore more of the area, the moment we arrived, we didn’t want to leave. The house has a calm, welcoming feel that instantly puts you in holiday mode. Aside from a day trip to Syracuse, we were more than happy staying close. Pozzallo, a 5 min short drive away, has an incredible gelateria right on the beach. And just a stroll from the house is The Lampana, where we dined on many occasions. The food is fantastic, and the owner speaks perfect english. The house itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and so well thought out. USB ports by every bed. A few practical tips: there’s no house manual, so ask all questions when you arrive. Rubbish needs to be taken to a local point, and remember to save cash for the tourist tax at checkout. But honestly - book it. The view takes your breath away! The pool was a joy, worth getting it heated (30 degrees) if you plan on using it a lot.

Wir hatten drei fantastische Tage im Strandhaus direkt am Meer . Jeden Morgen hat man den Strandzugang für sich allein und kann einen spektakulären Sonnenaufgang vom Schlafzimmer aus beobachten. Eine kleine Strandbar wurde während unseren Aufenthalts gerade für die Sommergäste wiedereröffnet. Flavia und ihr Vater haben sich um unseren Aufenthalt vor Ort gekümmert und uns mit Restaurantempfehlungen und Einkaufsoptionen perfekt beraten. Am Wochenende füllt sich der Strand und man kann das italienische Flair hautnah erleben. Wir durften auch ein kleines Boot , einen Sonnenschirm und weitere Strandutensilien nutzen. Die kleine Küche ist in einem Schrank eingebaut und was besonderes. Zum Willkommen gab es eine Flasche Rotwein. Von der riesigen Strandterrasse aus hat man einen imposanten Blick aufs Meer. Unser kurzer persönlicher Kontakt zu unseren Gastgebern war überaus herzlich. Absolut empfehlenswert ! Ein eigenes Auto ist allerdings meiner Ansicht nach erforderlich. Vielen Dank !

The Villa is located in a very beautiful Location. But I do have to mention the Street to get there can be tough. For us it was no problem though. The communication with Andrew was very good and he is very friendly. He was always happy to help. The Villa has everything you need, especially for cooking. We stayed hhree nights and for this the Villa was Great.

Ci siamo trovati proprio come a casa. Super ospitali, gentili e premurosi. Ci hanno fatto trovare anche qualcosa di cibo come benvenuto. Non ci conoscevamo, ma dopo 2 minuti era come se ci conoscessimo da tanto. La spiaggia è a pochi metri, si puó andare a piedi, e nel raggio di 10 minuti è c'è: Oasi il Gelsomineto e Fontane Bianche che sono veramente belle. Per non parlare di tutte le attrazioni nel raggio di un ora. Più che consigliato

La casa corrisponde alle fotografie, c'è un bel giardino verde ben tenuto. Le camere erano spaziose e i bagni funzionali. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la tv che è stato prontamente risolto da Sebastiano. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in circa 7 minuti.
