Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and balcony. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.

Flat is very close to the Parque San Telmo and the San Telmo bus terminal (airport bus), five minutes walk from the Avenida Maritima and the pedestrian and shopping area of Triana and 10 minutes walk from Vegueta (the old part of town). Coffee shop next to the building and supermarket just in front. Paid parking 24 hours, available at 5 minutes walk.

Nuestro apartamento está en la PLANTA BAJA de un edificio de 4 adosados,zona muy tranquila y familiar . Nosotros vivimos en uno de ellos,así estamos disponibles para lo que puedas necesitar. El edificio se encuentra dentro de una CALLE PRIVADA sin tráfico,de esta manera el descanso,relax y seguridad están garantizados. Estaréis en un ambiente muy tranquilo y familiar , a la vez cerca de la vida nocturna. El acceso a piscina es saliendo del apartamento y subiendo escaleras.

Suite Paradise in the beach

The paradise suite is a little gem in the Atlantic. Located on the beach itself and completely renovated, it is not a holiday home. It is our precious vacation place, which we enjoy and take great care of and has been designed and created by us to also share it with special people in this community. A place to get lost. It is only rented to two adults (children are not allowed ) and it is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility.
