All good, clean, great location

Great apartment. Everything is very comfortable. Close to the sea. Market nearby. Trolleybus stop in the immediate vicinity. The center is 20 minutes' walk, 5 minutes by public transport.

Well, what can I say! The mere fact that we came to this apartment as a family for the second time in one summer already says a lot))) Everything is wonderful, as in the first meeting, the location of the apartment, the proximity to all the benefits of civilization. Solid 5. Now we will return next year and again here)))

Stayed at Adgur's in July 2021. The host is very hospitable, attentive, good-natured. I was always in touch. He showed me everything, told me everything. He advised me which sights to visit, where to eat. The apartment has everything you need for living. The beach is really within walking distance. Neighbors are friendly and open people. We are very happy with the vacation! Thank you very much)))

The apartment is very comfortable for two: a spacious room, a comfortable kitchen, a large folding sofa, and another extra bed remains. The shower cabin is really cramped, but it's not such a huge disadvantage. Ruslan is responsive, quick to respond and always ready to help.

To say good is to say nothing! In the photo, the apartment looks much worse than in real life . Usually when you book in photos better than in reality, it's quite the opposite. The apartment is well renovated , the photos do not convey its size , it is huge ! Large bathroom , 3 balconies . Lived with my husband in the bedroom , the bed is great with an axon mattress, slept like a baby . There are air conditioners everywhere, which is important in Abkhazia, large TV, dishwasher , water cooler. Regarding the hostess of the apartment , a very pleasant girl, we flew from Moscow, offered to meet us at the border, rented our car , was always in touch , helped with everything and made an itinerary . Everything that recommended was top !!!! I think we'll be back for longer stays

Great views. eco-friendly. shops are a little far away on foot, the nearest one is often closed, but there is a bus to the market, there is everything. The house is like a typical Abkhazian house.. before the trip you need to understand that almost all houses are like this in Abkhazia. The apartment has quite good furniture. Electricity is turned off throughout Abkhazia, and not in this house. The house catches amobail well, used it when the lights were turned off and the router was not working remotely, the video conferencing was fine, without brakes. The kitchen does not have a screen on the windows, it is better not to open it, otherwise bugs or wasps will arrive. Alla is a responsive person, helped to solve the problems we had. Thank you

We really enjoyed the stay at Duska’s place. It is a quiet and peaceful home with a garden. It have a nice patio into the garden which we enjoyed spending time in. Duska also owns a dog Myo who is very friendly and playful who kept entertaining us🙂 Duska and her family were very helpful and gave us extra heater, bc that one in the room didn’t work, and also did our laundry. Few cons, there was musty smell in the room which got better in a few days after we aired it out, and no oven.

The owners are really nice and helpful. The house is very lovely and quiet, in the georgian's backcountry.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Vitalij's place. The location is perfect - close to the beach, to the lake, to the shop and not many tourists around. The communication was perfect and Vitalij managed quickly to deal with every struggle made by the covid-19. Btw. Vitalij's grandmother is wonderful. Thanks for everything:)

Four detached houses on a quiet street in Ureki. The hosts live here, are available 24/7, and are always ready to help. A good rest in a good place. A real house in the village:-)

I just returned from a vacation in Abkhazia, we went with a group of 7 people; everyone loved the house, we led a very active lifestyle, the hosts of the house, Fatima and Eric, helped us a lot, thank you very much for your hospitality and help in general, they could always tell us where to go and what to see, helped with the transfer from the airport, always helped to order a taxi, if it was necessary, sometimes even drove us, which is very pleasant. I recommend this house to everyone)

Zaura's house is on the outskirts of Sukhum. A quiet courtyard, authentic environment, the care of the hosts make the stay comfortable and allow you to immerse yourself in the environment of the capital of Abkhazia.

We stayed with a friend in this beautiful place in early June. When they say “price and quality matching,” that's the case. All for 100 points!!! The rooms are as pictured. There was no cleaner for our arrival, but this is not a disadvantage at all, since we can collect garbage ourselves and throw away, and we can make the bed)) Yes, there is no TV and some other things that usually happen in hotels, etc. But it's not necessary here, believe me! We came to relax and get excited, and staying at this place, we succeeded! The host was very responsive and took into account all our requests) For example, the room was cool at night,and we were given a heater that saved us) Every morning we were fed delicious breakfasts at Cafe Veranda(ground floor), we also had lunch and dinner there, everything was very pleasant! The guys practically fried barbecue with us))) Very friendly and polite staff, always the waiters chatted with the girls about something and giggled) Everything is top notch! The views from the veranda are gorgeous! And these bungalows on the side of the sea in general are something incredible! It's just a piece of paradise, nothing else)) Thank you very much to Alhas for giving us such an opportunity to feel the beauty of the holiday! That was super cool!!! We'll definitely come again! ❤️
