This wood frame house with a subfloor was built in the 1920’s, but was recently remodeled in 2010 with the following: framing, flooring, doors, electronic door lock, windows, siding, electrical, refrigerator, plumbing, forced air, appliances, baths, and countertops. Since this was a historic "shot gun" style home, it was important to keep a lot of the originality. The original owner would tie up his cow on this lot while he attended classes at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical College.
