We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. Had a great stay there...They hosted us very well Location was a bit inside and felt difficult to reach..But all cabs are reachable.. we felt the hosts are very amicable and wanted to stay back some more days..Also, host said if cab is not on time, he ll drop us personally to the airport..Thanku so much for that aneel garu.. overall experience is very great and we would love to stay again

Had a good time at this place. It is a studio apartment with a terrace. The TV and 5.1 was of great quality. If you're looking for a movie night, this is a great place with all the amenities. Ruhina was a great host. She is very responsive and guided us throughout for a hassle free check-in

This is my second time staying at one of Rahul’s places and this property is just as stunning as the previous one. For the (reasonable) price you’re paying, you will get the most luxurious and spacious one bhk you’ll find in Hyderabad. It’s extremely well curated, the furnishings are clearly high quality, and the apartment is full of light and air. Will be back soon!

Wonderful, clean place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in hyderabad. Similar cost to most hotels in the area but includes a kitchen, hot tub and balcony space. The team were very patient and friendly to myself and my friend also staying with me.

It was a great stay and we really enjoyed it there. The Host was very responsive and the caretaker also very helpful. All the things were same as it is mentioned in the photos. but the road(path) to get to this location was a bit difficult because of it's ups and downs of it's mountain terrains. We usually took a walk everytime to come to the main road as we all were students at that time. It was really great!!

Lovely decor and comfortable stay. Also, it’s close to the old town charm of Hyderabad, Charminar and other popular spots is at a 30 mins drive from this Airbnb. Ismail uncle as the host, was of great assistance with everything and very accommodating. We had a lovely stay.

I had an amazing stay at this penthouse! The highlight was definitely the outdoor sitting area. Spacious and beautifully set up. The space felt private and peaceful. The interior was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location was peaceful and easy to reach, which was perfect for my trip. Mounika was a kind and helpful host, always ready to answer any questions. It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.

Our stay at the SWARG apartment was very enjoyable , the place is clean , well maintained and exceeded our expectations. Omar is extremely responsive, he communicated well and provided clear instructions(location, check in etc). The property is very easy to locate, it is on a wide road in a good locality. Regarding the interiors, it is exactly how it looks in the photos. There is a lot of open space in the penthouse along with 3 bedrooms with washrooms attached in all three. There is a big smart TV in the drawing room with all the apps already installed. I would highly recommend this property to everyone, no complaints at all.

The property is located in a good neighborhood and was easy to find. The space was adequate size, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and helpful, arranging for people to take care of the house and maintain cleanliness throughout the stay.

Really comfortable felt lik home ..host was super super responsive and friendly better than staying in any five star hotel. Excellent place.

House was easy to identify. It is exactly opposite to the Ankura Women and Children Hospital though you have to take a u-turn if you are in a vehicle. Inside the house you wouldn't feel the rush and noise from the highway. There are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby but the traffic makes the journey long. House was clean and had the essentials. The manager, Mr Mushtaq, was responsive and didn't intrude into our privacy. He also agreed to an early check in. Must visit place: Al wadi restaurant and Shah Ghouse Final Verdict: We will certainly choose it again in our next visit.
