Holiday rentals with a sauna in Futtsu

Very responsive host. Replied within minutes. The place was also very clean and tidy. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE. The shower head was magical. Location wise it was perfect. Ueno station can be easily connect to all major train lines so traveling is no issue. Overall I’m very happy with my stay. Will definitely visit again when we do visit Tokyo again.

This was our last stay in Japan and we can truly say that it was our best stay yet. Comfortable room, bed, great amenities. Very friendly and kind staff. Everything went so well. We will definitely stay again.

Our stay at Yuko and Ken’s place was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. We especially spoke with Miss Chen, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. She made everything smooth and easy. The home is clean, cozy, and beautifully designed with a lot of thoughtful touches. It’s in a peaceful neighborhood with quick access to a nearby station, making it really convenient to get to Shinjuku and other parts of Tokyo. Yuko, Ken, Kuo, and Chen were all amazing and made us feel very welcome. Their hospitality was outstanding and truly made this stay special. We would absolutely love to come back again.

The sauna in this place was perfect after a long flight from the US. We had no idea It was right near the biggest fish market around. That was a nice little surprise. The staff was absolutely friendly, super helpful and crazy responsive. It was priceless to us that they would help us. Call a taxi and explain to the taxi exactly what we were looking for, and we were going. Yay to this place!!!

Yj was very responsive and proactive with making sure our stay was comfortable. Location was great and only a 4 min walk to the station which was helpful after a full day of walking. The rental was extremely spacious and clean.

地理位置觉得非常好！离秋叶原挺近！去浅草桥地铁站也很近！周边去晴空塔、浅草桥、日本桥、东京站都很方便！房间虽然不大但很舒服！隔音能稍微差点。 房东人也很热情、沟通很愉快！希望有机会还能入住！

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5+7) da. Die ersten 5 Nächte in Japan. Die Wohnung hat großzügig gewirkt. Die großen Betten haben das Einschlafen einfach gemacht. Man konnte mit Fliegengittern sehr gut durchlüften und mit der Klimaanlage wenn nötig kühlen. Alles wichtig, wenn man Jetlag schnell überwinden will. Es war auch cool den Balkon zu haben. Die Sauna haben wir im Mai gar nicht benutzt, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Der Wohnraum wirkte schön geräumig. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig gelegen - in den Seitenstraßen fährt so gut wie nie ein Auto. U-Bahn Jimbocho und kleine Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke. Für uns war die Tour mit den Kids nach Japan eine Einmalige Sache: bei dieser Wohnung haben wir einen Glücksgriff gemacht.

とても清潔感があって、備品も充実しており、滞在中は非常に快適に過ごすことができました。横須賀に行く際にはまた利用したいです。

Everything we hoped for and more. We loved living in an actual Tokyo neighborhood, close to the Tobu line, having a ton of space in an entire house, 2min walk to a great huge supermarket, and close to the river to go for a run. The house was super clean, big, had a great functioning kitchen and proper rooms with doors that closed on several floors (as opposed to many other AirBnBs in Tokyo) Make sure you know what you sign up for though - if you're looking for a place close to the all sights right in the craziness this is not for you. It's a bit of a ride to Shibuya (1h) and other places, also it's not on a metro line but a private one (Tobu) which the metro 24/36/72h tickets don't cover. Pay as you go Pasmo works of course. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat for us 4 people

家族三人（シニア夫婦・デザイン会社勤務の長女）で過ごしたが、日常とは異なるロケーション、空間の中で、心身ともにリフレッシュ。 初日・2日目途中までは、雨天であったが、好転しオプションのBBQグリルをも利用でき、肉・野菜・シーフード・フルーツを堪能。伊東の海岸をのぞむことができる景観は、最高だった。日曜日の朝、そよ風が心地よくまさに、「森林浴」を、見晴らしのよかったこの大磯で体感できた。 　室内は、ところどころデザインに気遣った点があった。「見える必要のない」スイッチや扉・冊子の開閉口、カーテン、ロールスクリーン、照明器具などなど。機能面と死角を活用した工夫がなされており、居心地の良さを引き立てるものだった。昨秋、家内と南欧を訪れエアビーを転々としたが、トイレ・バス・水回りなどよかったポイントをこちらでも垣間見ることができ、何か懐かしい場面にも遭遇した。 備品類は、文句なし。蚊取り線香には助かった。雨が上がり、BQQ後にひっそりと花火大会も、しっとりとした中で実現。 勿論、異なるシーズンでリピートしたいと感じた。冬に薪ストーブとサウナ利用もよいだろう。 同時に、色々なエアビーをこれからも利用したい想いが増した。その場所に適した空間と時間を提供してもらえることに感謝したい。　お世話になりました！

対応はとても良く、お部屋も新しくとても綺麗でした。サウナの準備も直前で対応いただきとても良い滞在ができました。

We loved the place! Such wonderful accommodations for a group to stay together. Location was conveniently situated within steps to the cutest coffee, retail, and restaurants as well as for exploring more using the subway. The layout of the home was great and we especially loved the small garden in the middle and the large indoor and outdoor benches in the front entrance. Yuki was so amazing to work with for our questions … very friendly and responsive host!
