Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Futakotamagawa

I had a very smooth experience with Section L. Everything was as expected - convenient location, clean room with everything I needed, friendly and helpful reception.

Nori-san's place is great, it has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you'll be close to many shops and restaurants while also being close to the train station to explore more of Tokyo. Nori-san also provided good recommendations close by which was appreciated. No complaints, I would stay here again if I get the chance.

Very cozy and unique space. If you’re a fan of creative architecture and don’t mind staying a little way outside the city this is a gem.

This was my second time staying at StayFab’s apartment in Shimokita and just like the first time we loved it. We appreciate the apartments proximity to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an ideal size for a family traveling with kids. David is a great host and a great communicator.

We loved staying at Shimbashi West Section L! Concierge was extremely warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out was extremely smooth and easy. We loved the entire vibe of this place! The lounge was comfortable and had a tea, coffee and soft drink station with some snacks that you could help yourselves with. We arrived Wed and they have happy hour where they featured a few drinks for self serve. The overall room was thoughtfully designed and had storage under the bed. There's a bench, table and chair for you to sit and have meals. The room was furnished with appliances and their app had instructions. There were 2 ac units. The water pressure was great. The toilet & shower was a bit larger and there was counter space for stuff. In the halls, we could hear families with kids - the rooms were soundproof very well. We tried the sauna which was a great way to wind down and relax. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's clean, thoughtfully designed and made us feel right at home!

Jhmama’s place was amazing. We have also loved Sancha and was excited to be back to try her place. Building is new and clean, also had everything we needed. Host was super friendly and very helpful with instructions and recommendations. This area is a gem. We look forward to coming back again.

A peaceful and beautiful stay at Sakura’s place in Tokyo We had a wonderful time staying at Sakura’s place! We are a family of four and stayed for 9 nights – everything was just perfect. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Sakura puts a lot of care into hosting – from the thoughtful amenities to the clear and helpful instructions for check-in. The location was ideal: quiet and peaceful, yet close to public transportation, convenience stores, and great local restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. Sakura was incredibly kind and responsive, and her husband was also amazing and very helpful – we truly appreciated their warm hospitality. We felt welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any family or traveler looking for a calm, clean, and convenient place to stay in Tokyo. 🌸

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Chie’s place. The apartment was lovely, clean, and in a peaceful area—perfect for a relaxing break. Chie and her husband were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to reply and happy to help with any questions we had, even those not directly related to our stay. They gave great local recommendations and were very helpful when we were checking out. The beds were super comfy—definitely the highlight of the house! We’d love to stay here again in the future.

Ko an Yuko’s place is beautiful. It’s a 3 floor standalone house in an awesome location. You can reach anywhere in Tokyo within a 10 minute walk to the station. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet and it’s hard to believe that within a 2-5-10 minute walk how many great restaurants there are. The famous shibuya scramble is also around a 10 minute walk. The home itself is beautiful full of amenities that you could need in a bnb. Kitchen, bathroom, rooms all are well equipped and easy to use. The best part ofcourse are the hosts they personally greeted us and spent a long time explaining everything about the home and the neighborhood. They are really nice people and they care a lot. Ko and Yuko are very thoughtful, warm and friendly people. It was lovely to have made such nice friends.

Miho is a spectacular host! The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 9. It was a perfect walking distance from Shibuya while also nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Miho was also very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It was so simple! Miho also was very accommodating with proving a spot to store our luggage after check out for a few hours. They went above and beyond our expectations! If you are looking for wonderful place to stay near Shibuya look no further!! 🤩

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

It was such a beautiful home, honestly we had a very different view of it just because we live in the US our perspective of the home was different but once we arrived seeing the architecture and the way the house is built was so wonderful and smart. Everyone loved the house! We felt so comfortable especially the terrace was so peaceful. We loved being able to have two bathrooms as well as having a washer/dryer in one! We were actually so surprised and having little kids with us it was a necessity. We loved how close it was to Uniqlo and other restaurants and stores ESPECIALLY the train station it was such a lifesaver when it came to taking all our luggage’s to head to the airport. Overall we fell in love with Mari’s place and decided to stay at her place when we visit next time! Mari and her team were so responsive and helpful sending guides to places to visit. Thank you so much!

I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. It was my first time in Japan. The Airbnb was great, clean and felt like home. There were clear instructions on how to work everything and even some spots to go to in the surrounding area.

This room is located near train stations and there is a 7-Eleven convenience store within one minute walk. I appreciate the washing machine in the bathroom area as well as the reliable dryer located in the common area.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The clear instructions provided made check-in a breeze, and I was welcomed by a friendly staff member who kindly assisted me with my luggage. The place was impeccably clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It was pleasantly quiet, and just a 5-minute walk to the subway station.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

We had a lovely stay at Ryusuke’s place. We chose the location because it was in the neighborhood of our friends. We easily took the bus and train from close to his place. The flat was very spacious and met all our needs. There’s a delicious bakery close and some nice restaurants. We would stay again. Thank you!

I stayed for one night and everything was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth . I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
