Holiday rentals with beach access in Fuorigrotta, Naples

The stay at Toni's house was great. Although the apartment is inside his house, it is very complete, quiet and peaceful. It is very well centralized. I would definitely stay there again in Naples!

I had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal, just a short walk from charming cafés, great restaurants, and everything I needed. I would especially like to thank Giovanna for her kindness, responsiveness, and warm hospitality, she made me feel very welcome and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return in the future

The view from the apartment is amazing. Boats in the Bay with sea views and views of distant Islands with a Castle in the distance. Comfort with all necessities stove, microwave, fridge with a coffee machine, to list a few. The host is extremely helpful and aways available to assist. We had everything we needed. There are alot of activities do to if you dont mind driving, bus and trains are a walk away. Shops amd restaurants down stairs. We took a ferry to the island of Procida and spent the day, which we really enjoyed. Overall 10/10. Thank you Alessandro for a lovely stay.

A gem of a place a little oasis would definitely recommend you stay here. Very friendly and welcoming and even surprised my wife with a birthday cake and prosecco. Plus had pastries delivered to our apartment for breakfast. Lots of nice restaurants and beach nearby.great communication from Nunzio.

Thanks again for hosting us! We had a wonderful stay in Procida, and it was far too short. The accommodation was great, quiet and perfectly located to be able to access it on foot from the port. We also did everything on foot on the island from the accommodation. Giuseppe is an extremely welcoming host, who gave us excellent recommendations. Thanks again! Everything went well. The apartment is very well equipped with anything you could need, including luggage rests and umbrellas. (The only negative is that a light was out in the bathroom which made the shower area a bit dark, and overall there is little direct sunlight in this apartment because it is internally located, I.e. internal courtyard).

Stefano is the King of Hospitality! Out of all the places we’ve stayed, nowhere has shown this level of thoughtful care for guests. We were truly touched by the generous welcome — fresh bread, cookies, butter, beer, ham, and more. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he responded immediately and helped us right away. The apartment had everything a family could need. If we ever come back to Naples, we will definitely stay here again!

We loved this Airbnb! We didn’t think it could be better than the pictures, but it definitely was. You are surrounded by the ocean, which is not just amazing for the views, but also for the sound :) we loved spending time in the garden, BBQ-ing, enjoying the outside shower, chilling in the sun or shade, watching both the sunrise and sunset… simply amazing!

Wonderful location and Luigia was always responsive and helpful. Would stay there again!

Marco’s apartment was perfect. It is a very good size and well equipped. There are outstanding views from the terrace. On my arrival it was raining heavily & dark so I asked Marco if he could recommend anywhere nearby to eat. He made some good suggestions but also let me know he could arrange delivery of food from his own restaurant which is what I opted for - best choice ever !! The food and the service were outstanding so I did the same the following night. Marco was fantastic as a host. Whenever I messaged he responded almost straight away & was so helpful. I’d recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Procida & hopefully I’ll return.

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

This place is great, but the real gem is Massimiliano and family. The whole family went out of their way to make everything easier (Naples (even little Bacoli) is not easy), going out of their way to walk us somewhere instead of trying to describe directions. They gave us a personal welcome when we arrived, stopped to talk with us if they saw us in town, spent time getting to know us, and came out to say goodbye when we left. If we had a question, I could text Massimiliano but usually one of his parents were out in town and saw us wandering and helped personally!! SO friendly and vital for a great Bacoli experience. We would have been metaphorically and literally lost without this family and they were so nice about helping! If you want authentic Italian hospitality, this is for you. If you want standard American hotel type accommodations... probably you wouldn't be on Airbnb anyway... but at least note that this one is the whole package and *worth it*!

We has a fantastic week at Marina's apartment. The apartment is in a very authentic location and there are many interesting things to do locally. The apartment is on the top floor and so has fantastic views across Naples. We sat for hours on the balcony watching the city. We walked up Mount Vesuvius, visited Pompeii and Herculaneum. Visited Capri on the Hydrofoil and climbed to Villa Floridiana. The apartment was homely and kitted out well. The bedrooms big and bathrooms good. The kitchen has everything for cooking a meal. Marina was extremely helpful and responsive. I broke a cup and offered to pay but she said to forget it. She recommended a great restaurant locally then checked later to see if we had enjoyed it. Naples is a very big and chaotic city but packed with history, culture and friendly people. We felt safe. You decide if you what a touristy island like Capri or a real experience in the City. We would recommend Marina's place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Martine’s place. The AC worked well, it was spacious and clean. The AC is only in the living room rather than in the bedroom too but the cool air circulated well and we were very comfortable. We were only in Naples for one night and it was a great location for us to walk around the city. Thank you Martine.

Armando was a great host and always responsive. He managed to help us do early check in when asked. Great location for the price! Definitely come again if I come to Naples again.

We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any problem or question. The apartment is well located by the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Naples (on the balcony and children's room side) and Vesuvius (on the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only awkward point was the difficulty in finding parking for our car on weekends evenings (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it's probably a good idea to use the parking offered by the host.

Great location with stunning outlook. Gio very helpfully introduced us to a local taxi driver who collected us from port and provided help through the week. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Filippo and Simona were absolutely lovely! Their apartment was really large and comfortable. The location was private and secure and within a stone’s throw of the water. We spent two evenings on the harbor watching boats come and go with Mt. Vesuvius as the backdrop! It was remarkable! Thank you to our hosts — they were awesome and so was the apartment!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Amazing stay, perfect for the two of us. Vincenzo is a super nice and cool guy. He arranged transportation to and from the airport. Walked us through the apartment at arrival and ensured we were taken care of. The apartment is a great place, if you want to walk, you can. If you need a taxi, it's right outside. Subway across the street as well. We were invited to his restaurant, probably the best one we went to during our stay. Would definitely go back, Vincenzo is an awesome host!
