Small rustic cottage already used as a stable, finely restored in Dolomite style, maintaining the original architectural characteristics, bright and welcoming. On the ground floor, there is a living area consisting of an equipped kitchen. Living area with TV and traditional stube. The floor is completed by a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the first floor, two large and bright double bedrooms, exposed beams and overlooking the valley and Lake Santa Croce. Two parking spaces, large unfenced garden.

The Little Dairy is a completely self-contained building. It has a small living room, a kitchenette stove with 2 burners, fridge and microwave, an internal bathroom, and a bedroom with two twin beds on the upper floor. It has independent heating, hot water, and all the necessary cooking equipment. It was a small dairy from the 18th century until 30 years ago and is all in local stone, philologically restored.
