The intimate getaway will provide for making wonderful memories in a picturesque, relaxing location free from the bothers and noise of normal life. The property can be used as a venue, however pricing is then negotiable.

The 1780 Cabin on Main

A charming cabin built circa 1780 situated right on Main Street, just steps from Pubs and Restaurants and easy walking distance to historic Mercersburg Academy. There is a separate sleeping area upstairs with a queen-size memory foam bed. The lower level features a foldout couch and air mattress for additional guests, as well as a 55" TV and a wet bar and bathroom. Visitors have universally enjoyed the cabin's cozy feel. While there is no yard available, the town is great for walking dogs.

The Resting Place

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway in a small town nestled in the valley of the Appalachian mountains. Ten minutes from turnpike Exit 180 - Fort Littleton/McConnellsburg. This little haven is close to multiple big towns such as Mercersburg and Chambersburg, yet located just far enough away that you can enjoy the country side and the quiet little town feeling. With hiking and two overlooks on neighboring mountains you can embrace nature at it's fullest. Come and enjoy it for yourself!

JAREZ Farm 3 BR Farmhouse

3 Bedroom Farmhouse located out in the country. A front porch overlooks a pasture and pond. A back porch overlooks barns, animals, and fields. A dining room table with seating for six. A spacious living room with a wrap around sofa. A fully furnished kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher. One bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with twin bunks. The spacious bathroom also includes washer and dryer. There are two ponds stocked for fishing.

There is a small deck, ideal for watching the deer and other wildlife. Close to the C&O Canal Rail Trail where you can enjoy walking or biking. Only 30 minutes from White Tail Ski Resort, Ft. Frederick, Rocky Gap Casino, Hagerstown and Cumberland. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living in the newly renovated Tall Spruce Farmstead.

Enjoy the spacious open concept family room that meets the kitchen, or the large living room for quiet comfort. Four bedrooms, and a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Perhaps just sit on one of the front porch rockers or by the fire pit in the evening. We do not allow pets at this property.
