Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fujisawa

The host is super friendly, easy to communicate, and offering pickup and drop off services. The place is amazing, just liked the photos demonstrated. I loved the tea room and had the best sleep in Japan. If you are looking for an authentic Japanese style accommodation in a quiet neighborhood, this is the best place!

今回は子供2名大人2名の家族で2泊しました。とても落ち着いた素敵な家でした。日本の建築技術と美しい設えがこの空間には詰まっています。備品の一つ一つも使い勝手が良く、センスが感じられました。貸出しの自転車で近所をゆっくりサイクリングすると心地の良い潮風でとてもリラックス出来ました。ホストのHirokiさんもとても親切でフレンドリーなのでコミニュケーションも全く困りませんでした。室内も清潔で必要なものは全て揃っています。大切な友人にも勧められるクオリティーの高い宿でした。

Easy check in and not far from the train station. Super easy access to the beach and supermarket (Odakyu OX). Nearby is Kugenumakaigan which is a great place for shopping and food. The house was perfect. Great space and smartly designed. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. Tomoaki was very quick to respond to questions. Very helpful. Great host. A very cute home just steps from the ocean! Great communication with host, very easy to find and access. Four people fit very comfortably. Dryer hangers were very helpful after washing clothes. Everything was as described and pictured. Walkable to convenience stores and restaurants, as well as the Enoden train line. Would stay again!

大変お世話になりました。とても貴重な体験をさせていただきました。本や雑誌で見ていたとはいえ、やはり実際に体感してみて納得の連続でした。東京なのに穏やかで、とても暮らしやすいと感じました。スミレアオイハウスはありきたりな言葉ですが、とても居心地が良く、手触りが良く、程よい空間で25年前に本を読んで感動した時の感覚がリアルに蘇り、さらに肌感覚で素晴らしさを体感できました。本当にゲストハウスにされたことを心から感謝します。体験させていただき本当にありがとうございました。

We loved our stay in Kamakura at this beautiful property. It felt like our own Japanese home. The living areas were spacious and very functional. We were really impressed by the modern and large (for Japanese standards) kitchen and the clean and functional bathroom spaces. It was really lovely sleeping upstairs as the room is surrounded with rice paper window coverings, and we had the glow of moonlight as we fell asleep and a sunlight glow in the morning. We could have easily stayed here for a number of weeks, and will definitely be back if we revisit Kamakura. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Great space! One of our favorites! Big windows with views of Enoshima island and surfers. Open loft style floor plan with tasteful decor. We enjoyed our time. Easy to get around and not too noisy.

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. Hirohiko and his wife were friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to all our messages. They even gave us a little gift when we left. Highly recommended, thank you! 🙏

Good for remote work and long stay. Peaceful surroundings really help to concentrate. And for traveling in Tokyo there is quite fast access to Shinjuku. The walk to the station is around 15 min, but there is a nice option to walk along the river. The apartment itself is well equipped and clean, felt like home. Also Ken makes you feel welcomed and there is good and fast communication. Supermarket and conbini nearby are very convenient and there are a lot of shops and restaurants also near the station. Overall I definitely recommend, especially if you want to stay a bit away from cities noise and bustle in a more local and quiet environment.

Hiroyuki San was the best host we’ve had so far. Responsive , super helpful and proactive about everything He provided everything for us before we even ask. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities listed and more. He was always for responsive and ready to help with any of our needs It’s nowhere near the “center” of Tokyo so keep that in mind. If you want a stay near Yokohama though it’s the best you can find. Thank you Hiroyuki San for having us

I really enjoyed staying here and had amazing service by Yumiko for all our questions and was very helpful with the friend I stayed with. One of my favorite parts of was the authentic feeling of the room and how spacious it was. Would definitely stay here again.

Spotless house in traditional style and beautiful view of the tower

Superbe Airbnb près des transports (ce qui a été un réel plus !) L'hôte a été très gentil et attentionné durant notre séjour. Rien à redire, tout était parfait, nous sommes très satisfaits :)

Primo viaggio a Yokohama, l’appartamento si trova al quarto piano, ha una camera da letto e gli eventuali ospiti extra devono dormire nel futon. Al piano terra c’è un mini ristorante Italiano, a breve distanza si trova un combini. La stazione della metro e la stazione ferroviaria locale sono a due passi. L’appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, la TV via cavo si trova in due stanze ed è fornita di un buon numero di opzioni. C’è una lavatrice nell’appartamento, una asciugatrice all’esterno a disposizione degli occupanti dei tre appartamenti che compongono questo mini condominio. Il primissimo impatto con il tastierino numerico, per entrare all’interno dell’edificio, non è stato semplicissimo. Seguite le istruzioni che vi verranno mandate per messaggio, il codice di accesso dell’edificio e il codice di accesso all’appartamento sono diversi. Noi siamo andati lì per un impegno familiare, ci siamo trovati bene e lo raccomandiamo anche a chi sta cercando un alloggio a Yokohama.

We had a lovely stay at Shunki’s place! Everything was clean and spacious with easy check in and out instructions. The location was convenient to the train station and we had multiple convenient stores and shops for our every day needs. We were welcomed with a box of treats when we arrived and it was super sweet! Highly recommend :)

Lovely little appartment in a calm neighboorhood. Kami-kitazawa station is at 2 minutes walk from the airbnb and it’s pretty easy to travel to more central areas from there (shibuya and shinjuku for example). Lots of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets which spared us a lot of time when trying to find something. Only detail is the train that passes by is kind of loud but we slept well nonetheless. Would come back to this place.
