Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fuefuki

Both before and during our stay, we had the best of this wagamama, and we enjoyed it from the bottom of our hearts. Not to mention the size, it was full of amenities, and I was able to relax at home even after sightseeing. We will definitely use it again when traveling in Yamanashi.

Kim and her husband, Chef at their wonderful restaurant Fresh Water shabushabu were extremely helpful and welcoming to my family during our stay. It helped greatly that Kim spoke very good English and clearly knew the area well. The house was pristine and had a sauna bathroom which everyone enjoyed. The view of Mount Fuji greeted us every morning except the last when the weather was very cloudy. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Fujikawaguchiko again.

We had an amazing stay at Aya’s place in Fujikawaguchiko! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view of Mount Fuji right from the window. Renting bikes made it super easy to explore the area while enjoying a quieter, less touristy vibe. Restaurants and amenities were still very accessible. 10/10 — would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The host was so lovely and gracious from the moment we booked to the very end of our stay. She is an amazing host and the house was simply the best air bnb we have stayed in Japan hands down. I was able to relax in a lovely cottage with a woody scent.I was very soothed by the greenery visible from the window.

This was an excellent stay and a great retreat away from urban life. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious and provided many amenities. The beds were like clouds and the views from the bedroom were like looking at a landscape painting of Mt. Fuji. The location was quite convenient! The street to the Airbnb is right off the main road that circles round the lake. At the entrance to the street is the bus stop for the Fujikyu loop bus. Across the street is a pedestrian access to the lake and where the swans frequent. Many tourists stop by there to take photos of the beautiful scenery and swans. The Airbnb is secluded away from this busy lake road, so it was still a very peaceful and tranquil stay. The host was incredibly hospitable, had great communication and was very friendly and fun to talk. We will definitely be coming back here again!

We loved staying here so much we paid an extra day so we could stay longer. The hosts are such grateful people! They saw my son, daughter and I walking on the street and insisted that we join them for some traditional Japanese tea. I thoroughly enjoyed walking up and down all of the nearby streets and exploring the entire surroundings. We ate a different restaurant for every meal and never needed to walk more than 1/2 Kilometer. We are already planning another trip to visit during the months that we can hike Mt Fuji. The mountain opens on July 1, so we didn't get to experience that, but it gives us a great excuse to come back and see our great hosts again!

Great place great location

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. Hirohiko and his wife were friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to all our messages. They even gave us a little gift when we left. Highly recommended, thank you! 🙏

Nice and cozy house! We enjoyed our stay in Hakone!

Great place to stay right next to the train station. Beautiful views of Fuji right out the window. Many shops, cafes, restaurants, and points of interest within a few minutes walk. Stayed for two nights with my family and we had no issues at all. Don’t miss the Forest Music Museum!

We had a great time here. The apartment is small but has extra table and chair, so we lived comfortably here for 2 weeks. The free bicycles were game changing and allowed us to enjoy the city and the surroundings freely, we really loved to explore Numazu by bike. If we go back to Numazu, we would love to stay here again.

Host was so kind, the spot incredibly cozy and very close to a lot of good restaurants, bars, and public transport. Great home base, wish we could have stayed longer.

Loved the view and location, it was within walking distance of a 7-Eleven and train station.

Some people run their Airbnb just as a business, but it's clear that Yudike and Asami have a genuine passion for hospitality and meeting new people. One glance at the adorable guestbook lets you know the level of care and consideration that they put into every aspect of their property. We stayed as a family with one child, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. Odawara is a wonderful, vibrant, and entirely friendly city that is bound to blow up in tourism over the next few years. Everything is four minutes away -- the station, Don Quijote, Daiso, dinner options, family breakfast chains, a bus to Yunessun. I will definitely be back, and hopefully able to stay at this exact same spot.

My stay was very nice and cozy though the condo building felt quiet. Rei has great taste in design and furnishing to make her guests feel at home. Recommend to drive here so that you could explore around freely.

Stayed for three days and it was tiring to climb. Overall was good!

Yoko’s place is great for couples and small families. We brought our dog and he loves the place too. Her place is convenient placed near some famous Hakone spots, making it easy to navigate around town.

Lovely place to stay near Odawara station, quiet, clean and spacious! which is quite rare to find in Japan. Walkable from the station, convenice store right in front of it. I would recommend to other guests. Thank you
