Traveling with two children, we found everything thoughtfully provided, from child-sized cutlery to board games, cars, a PS5, and other toys—a delightful experience for them. The house's clear labeling system significantly streamlines the stay, a considerable advantage over other Airbnb experiences. Amenities are comprehensive. A washer and dryer with a month's supply of pods, and six fans proved invaluable during the June heat. Families with a car seeking budget-friendly accommodations outside Interlaken will appreciate this exceptional property. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and exceptionally spacious, exceeding expectations for the price, especially compared to alternatives within a 20-minute radius. I rarely write reviews, but this apartment's exceptional preparation warrants recognition.

Definitely book this airBNB!! We stayed for 1 week and 2 days in Stefan's airBNB, and it was amazing. The house is exactly as described, everything was clean, and the check in went very smooth. Stefan's dad welcomed us and gave us clear instructions. The location of the house was very nice, right in the Alps and 10m from the bus stop (very handy when traveling by trains). From the house, you can go anywhere you want by bus or train, the connections are very good. It gave us the real mountains vibe, with the cowbells ringing during the day, the Balmhorn as your waking up view and the river right behind the house. Stefan always replies, and quickly too, which was very nice. His dad was also really sweet, always available for questions or just for a little talk. The house is very clean, everthing you need you will find there for your stay. It looks exactly as in the pictures. We had the greatest time here and I would definitely book this again!

We waren op deze plaats voor 2 nachten en konden mooie uitstapjes maken naar b.v. Lauterbrunnen met mooie watervallen en een dag daarna naar de Thunersee was ook erg mooi. Wel een auto nodig of gebruik maken van de gastenkaart zodat en wat voordeliger naar bepaalde attracties kan of gratis met openbaar vervoer, Ook mooi om in de omgeving van het huisje te wandelen

If you’re planning a trip to Switzerland this is THE PLACE to stay! It’s always been a dream of mine to visit Switzerland and at first I was very lost on where to stay but I am SO THANKFUL I came across this air bnb because it made our trip that much better! The pictures on here don’t do the place justice. It was better than we expected and the host make you feel like family while you’re there. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. It’s one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever been in and the location/views are unbeatable. We could walk to the train station and the town of Grindelwald with ease. If we ever get the chance to come to Switzerland again I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I was sad to leave but so happy we got to come and experience this. You won’t regret booking this for your trip!

Our family came to Switzerland for a vacation, and Ronny's apartment brought us too many surprises. The scenery of Kandersteg town is particularly beautiful. The apartment is within walking distance of Oeschinen Lake, and next to it is an activity center with a swimming pool and entertainment facilities. The room is warmly and appropriately furnished, the bedding is comfortable and tasteful, and Ronny has even prepared towels, slippers, and even toothbrushes for us, which is really very thoughtful. The kitchen has everything we need, and the large - screen TV and PS5 in the living room meet the entertainment needs of the whole family. Most notably, Ronny's apartment has a beautiful balcony where you can sit in a rocking chair and enjoy the snow - capped mountains, and at night you can listen to the beautiful sound of the stream. It's so pleasant. We will choose here again when we come to Switzerland next time. We are very satisfied.

Great place to stay with all amenities in a beautiful quaint town but still close to many attractions. Definitely recommend.

Wir haben uns nach einen Ort geseht, an dem wir abschalten können und dem Trubel entgehen und genau das haben wir bekommen :) Elisabeth und Ihr Mann sind sehr Gastfreundlich, die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt und mehr (es gab Orangensaft, Tee, Kaffee, Zucker, Gewürze, frische Eier und Milch). Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft, alles war blitz Blank sodass man sich direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt hat. Die Fenster hatten Fliegengitter, so konnte man Nachts lüften. Die Küche verfügte über einen hochwertigen Induktionsherd & Backofen sowie alle benötigten Kleingeräte. Einen Fernseher hatten wir nicht, diesen haben wir aber auch nicht benötigt! Im Winter könnten wir uns den Weg zur Unterkunft beschwerlich vorstellen, da die Unterkunft recht weit hoch auf einem Berg liegt. Mobilfunk Verbindung war dementsprechend auch nicht vorhanden jedoch hat die Unterkunft ein stabiles WLan! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft definitiv nochmal buchen.

We had an amazing stay at Samuel’s place - quiet but accessible (the road up is easy after the first drive) it was a great base to check out the Adelboden and Kandersteg areas (both are beautiful) and further afield.

A beautifully presented apartment. It was easy to access and clear instructions were given on how to find the property and how to get in. The interiors are beautiful and wonderfully craftsmanship with all the beautiful wood touches. Me and my family had a wonderful stay!

Très bel appartement dans un joli cadre, très propre et pratique. Nous étions avec deux petits enfants et c’était très bien. La gare et le centre ville sont facilement accessibles à pied. Hôtes très serviables et sympathiques.

This apartment was the cherry on top of our amazing stay in Switzerland. We are already planning our return to the apartment as we fell in love with it. We fell right at home and really appreciate the smaller touches too - the condiments for cooking and extra bits of storage were very useful. There are many things to list about what was unreal about this place, but I’ll mention the view from the balcony - watching the birds of prey, hearing the cow bells and watching the paragliders made it even more dreamy, plus the sky light in the bedroom to see the stars at night. Ruxin are greats hosts, so friendly and very accommodating.

I LOVED my stay here wow. Best sleep of my life right by the river, that alone was worth every penny. The location was so walkable, so close to the train station if you don’t have a car. The hike in this city is also breathtaking and I was so grateful to be so close to it! The team who operates this place is so incredibly kind a helpful. I would recommend to anyone!!

This place was absolutely perfect—just what I was looking for for my family. The view of the lake and mountains is stunning, and the location is unbeatable. It’s by far the best rental I’ve stayed in. Everything was spotless, and the host was extremely responsive. I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling with family. All major attractions are within 15 to 30 minutes, which made getting around very convenient. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep easy, especially with kids, and having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus.

Great place near some main attractions in the region. Walking distance to the town (grocery stores, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, kids park etc etc). Peter was great at communication. We drove but if you don’t have a car the train/bus stations are right there too so that is very convenient :)

Marlise is so nice! She gave me 5FR directly when I said I had no coin for luggage deposit at the train station. She also helped me fill in the guest form since I forgot to do so. The house is located on a small hill. You need to climb around 15mins with your luggage to get there, that’s a bit exhausting. But the view is pretty nice, exactly the same as shown! You also need to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Stacey was a great host that met the us at the door and gave us helpful hints on things to do. The view from the porch was AMAZING and so peaceful. We spent almost every minute there when back from the very convenient hikes just a short way away. I would absolutely recommend staying here … literally can be in a hot tub looking up at Staubach Falls like it was your very own private waterfall.

Once we arrived Bart greatest is. He was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. His place was clean and it was definitely what was pictured. The location was peaceful and the ability to sit in the Hot tub in the evening time and gaze out at the mountains and listen to the cowbells. I would highly recommend this place.

Prije svega, odličan i vrlo susretljiv domaćin. Riječima se ne može opisati sve što ovaj smještaj nudi. Smještaj nudi puno više nego što je na slikama prikazano, te je opremljen apsolutno svime što čovjeku može zatrebati. Najbolji smještaj do sada u kojemu smo odsjeli. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti :)

Chuen was a great host and should be proud what he has done with his Swiss home. It’s a perfect accomodation to stay in a peaceful traditional place in Switzerland home, surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery whilst having everything you need, including a kitchen, great bed and bathroom for exploring the Swiss landscape. The hike from the train station is a little steep for those with suitcases, but for those back packing it is worth it. Would recommend to anyone staying in Switzerland!

A beautiful apartment located in a central location for all outdoor lovers! We hiked nearly every day and used the bus system. It was so convenient. Just a beautiful location and beautiful home to stay in. Thank you !!! ☺️

The view is everything! Must have a car if in this area, garage is provided and nice to have. The washer and dryer is very convenient. Home is well depicted in pictures. Television is upstairs only. A big plus is the access to the hotel spa and pool, very conveniently located just a 2 min walk. The mattress in our opinion was far too soft for our liking but that is our preference. Overall nice place and would recommend. If we are looking to stay in the same area again we would be happy to come back.
