Access via stairs 2 floor. 1 bedroom 150 cm double bed 2 bedrooms 120 cm bed , and separate 90 cm. We live on the ground floor. Parking right outside, good bus connections

TV, games, toys outside (summer) and inside. Rowing boat with motor, a safe, inflatable kayak for enjoying the island-rich Nelaug lake and Nidelva (summer). 2 adult bikes, one for children. Retro-cafe at Nelaug 600m, Joker 15-20' by car or 20' by local train to the Stoa shopping centre. No smoking and partying. Rules of order.
