Our spacious and cozy home, 120 sq.m. ,enjoys a privileged location with panoramic views of a green plain and impressive mountains. It is built in 1995 and partially renovated in 2018. Ideal for family or group of up to 6 people. Theta is a 60 sq.m. stone guesthouse, a few meters from the square of Stemnitsa. Built in 1867, it is the "katowi" (ground floor) of a traditional village house. A spacious house with a dome, completely renovated in 2022 and accommodating up to 4 people. It has WC and a separate area with a shower-hydromassage.
