Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. The cozy living room with rustic style has a 2 x 2 person sofa and dining room table for 4 people. The living room has a wood-burning stove that can be used (wood bags available for €6.00 each). The house is of course equipped with internet and TV. There is a lockable bicycle shed with power connection (charging e-Bike)

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
