This is a one-bedroom house with a living room and kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This place is tucked away from the busy streets which makes it the perfect place to relax and rest while you enjoy the beautiful country experience. This property is located right off of Highway 84 West. It is about ten minutes from the Monroeville Square and Courthouse. It is also ten minutes from our local Walmart and some good eating places and the Pulp Mill located at 2373 Lena Landegger Hwy.

The only issue we had is that we couldn't stay longer! We loved the house, it's full of natural light, beautifully updated, and full of comfortable furniture that made you feel like you were at home. A field full of corn across the road and bunnies hopping through the yard was just so peaceful, and you're only a few miles from anything you need, and the shops and restaurants in downtown Atmore. We look forward to coming back!

The Magnolia House is a beautifully cared-for home that features high quality furnishings, linens and decor, all the amenities you would want or need, and plenty of room for groups to gather and enjoy the area. A lot of thought and hard work has gone into making this a showcase home in Monroeville and I am sure that guests will not be disappointed in their stay. Place was very nice, clean, and well furnished/decorated. Once I found the message on how to access, entry was easy. It was pricey for Monroeville, but part of that was impacted by the Harper Lee birthday celebration that weekend
