Holiday rentals with beach access in Frini

Had a great week @ the Ionian Nest, the accommodation was as per the listing, very clean with good linens & furnishing, well stocked kitchen, plenty of crockery pans etc. Quiet setting, 14 units & only a handful occupied so was quiet, pool area was quiet. Lovely balcony area. Really good well stocked supermarket 5 minute walk away. There are 2 restaurants locally, one by supermarket at the top of the road & Koutavos Taverna down the hill 5/10 minute walk. Both very good value with reasonable choice menu. Beach is just a couple of minutes walk, pebble beach with lovely clear water (no one else there when we went 😊) I would personally say a car is a must unless you just want a chill out holiday on the complex. Palairos has a lovely sea front area with lots of restaurants < 10 mins in the car. Susannah kindly arranged a taxi for us one evening. Worth a drive to Lefkada good place to visit with plenty of coffee bars & restaurants. Would recommended a stay & would book again.

We had a lovely stay at Vasiliki's place. The location was perfect for us, as we have spent a full week travelling the island, so it was easy for us to go south to Vasiliki and all the beaches, or towards Lefkada, Karia and Nydri. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed, the yard is beautiful. Vasiliki is an amazing host, we found yogurt, tomatoes, water and beer in the fridge, and when we left she kindly offered us oregano from her yard. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back.

Very good choice if you visit Lefkada, although I think the best beaches are on the other side, but that's not a problem as you will definitely need a car for your transportation. Perfect house, nice bedroom, nice lighting, the kitchen from what I saw fully functional (we didn't cook). It has everything you need even for many days (washing machine, iron, oven, safe). The only negative thing may be that the bathroom holds some water, maybe you should check it (it was not a problem for us, maybe for someone else) We had a great time!

Angelos was a very attentive host, helpful and responsive to any queries. The accommodation was clean well equipped. We enjoyed checking out the local beaches that were suggested in the recommendations folder. The view from the balcony was amazing!

The Enigma boho appartment by Spyridon was all we hoped it would be for our short stay in the charming town of Preveza, Greece It was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and equiped with everything we needed. It is a short walk to the buzzing center of town with resteraunts galore and quaint boutique shopping. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

not just clean, spotless clean. the house looks brand new with a lovely glimpse at the sea and a cozy veranda. easy to reach, short walk from the beach and great hosts. Will come back for sure.

Our stay in the house of Harel was fantastic. Plenty of privacy, opportunities to sit in the shade as well as in the sun. Comfortable home, cozy furnishings. Everything was present as in the advertisement. The view from the terrace was perhaps the most beautiful of the house. Access to the beach within walking distance via a staircase with a considerable number of steps. There are also a number of restaurants here. In short, a must if you want to stay in Vasiliki.

Efstathios place was great. Amazing view. Very clean. The place is practically brand new. Very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. we were close to Lefkada town, very convenient location. Would definitely recommend to others. Would stay there again.

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. We had a fantastic week in this cosy little house right by the shore, great for swimming and sitting on the veranda watching the boats, very peaceful! Great location ! You can find all that you need in nearby Lefkada town.

The location was perfect! Only a couple minutes to get to the action in the village. The room was clean with lots of extra towels and blankets. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful!! The bed was actually very comfortable, as well as the pillows. Slept amazing. I felt very secure and safe. Ioanna was so so friendly! She left beer and a salad in the fridge. She got us some dessert from the bakery and even bought me and my friend cute bracelets which were left in front of the door with a nice note when we were checking out. Will definitely be coming back to this Airbnb. Everything was perfect.

Mom and I felt right at home from minute one. Marianna and her daughter Christina checked on us every couple of days to offer light hospitality / house cleaning that was included in the price. Nidri was a walkable distance away (less than 30 min) or an easy 5 minute drive. Close enough to beaches, markets, cafes, restaurants but far enough away further up the hill from Nidri to offer peace and quiet to those wanting it. We were happy to lounge by the pool or venture off to Lefkada Town or the west side of island within a relatively short drive. Happily recommend to anyone considering a quieter relaxing stay. Definitely returning. Thank you for a great stay!

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Athanasios's wife with kindness and availability. He immediately offered us a welcome Greek coffee accompanied by delicious homemade cookies. Genuine and reserved environment for those like us who wanted tranquility and relaxation. The property was as described in the listing with easy parking and without any impediment. To conclude the evening before departure during the greetings, we were given an unexpected present that made our stay also on the final truly wonderful. The apartment had all the comforts and was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this host to anyone who wants to visit the island of Lefkada.

Really nice place to stay

This was a nice place to stay for our family vacation. Clean, with comfortable beds and easy parking. The only downside is the street noise, we could not keep the windows open at night, so think twice if you are sensitive to noise as it takes some time getting used to it. Otherwise, our host Ellie was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Nikiana's beaches, easy to walk around or drive to other beaches around Lefkada.

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. Having a friendly helpful host has been wonderful and made our stay really easy and relaxing ! Thanks Eri and Kiki ! The view from Our balcony is so serene - great tavernas and shops so close too The sun beds umbrellas and Kayak added you our holiday. It’s such a beautiful friendly place we would love to return !

The house is beautiful, very clean and it has everything that you need for a pleasant stay. The area is quite, has 3 beaches close enough and some very good restaurants and cafes. Preveza is also close and you can even call a taxi to drive you there. We absolutely recommend it and we are going to plan a visit again! Daniella and Veljko are both amazing and very helpful! Thank you very much for making our stay wonderful! 😊
