In den Jahren 2019 bis 2022 wurde es in Absprache mit dem Denkmalschutz kernsaniert, neu aufgeteilt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Fassade und die alten Balken im Haus wurden erhalten, altes Mauerwerk wieder freigelegt, neue Kastenfenster und Türen eingesetzt und der originäre Terrazoboden wieder zum glänzen gebracht. Charming old town house in the historic center of Friedrichstadt. Built in 1876. Completely renovated in 2020. Large bright living room with dining area and open kitchen on the first floor. From there you can access the conservatory with lounge furniture as well as the utility room (with guest toilet). Small but nice, the adjoining garden presents itself. A new wooden staircase leads to the "Holiday Office Workplace," as well as a modern shower room and spacious bedrooms.

Holiday in the countryside! Small attic apartment on a farm. Husum and Friedrichstadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Here on Eiderstedt, we are close to the North Sea. Parking is possible directly next to the entrance. The apartment offers space for up to 3 people, there is a double bed + single bed in the bedroom, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. We are a family of four and run a small hobby farm with cattle, sheep and chickens (no petting zoo).

A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

Moin in Drage, this newly renovated FW is in the heart of Drage. Drage is a very quiet and family-friendly 600 soul village and has a swimming spot right on the Eider for fresh cooling in summer. The North Sea and Baltic Sea are quickly accessible by car or via beautiful surrounding cycling routes. The apartment has seating in the garden, as well as a TV and numerous games for shooting weather days.

We are happy to welcome you to our apartment in the center of the Dutch town of Friedrichstadt. It is located directly in the pedestrian zone, which is characterized by restaurants, small cafes and a variety of cozy shops that invite you to stroll: the Prinzenstrasse. With about a 10-minute walk to the train station and 50 meters to the historic market square, the apartment is very central.
