Beautiful, new 2-room apartment in a great location!

Hello everyone, my husband Michael and I (Astrid) are renting out a super equipped, modern, cozy apartment in a great location! The apartment is located in the basement of our single-family home. We ourselves live on the first floor and upper floor. Our tenants have the advantage that we are very easy to reach live & yet attach great importance to your privacy! It's important to us that you feel comfortable. The pet fee is 20.00 euros per pet. Recently, we have been offering pictures by a young artist in the apartment. Everything that hangs or stands can be bought. Free welcome drinks as well as coffee, sugar, condensed milk are available free of charge. We have set up a small corner where you can also buy drinks at cost price. This saves you a trip to the supermarket.

Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. The stay was excellent. The area very quiet, we had our own car parking space and the possibility to charge our hybrid vehicle for a fee. The apartment itself was very clean, equipped with everything you need and simply a wonderfully beautiful style in the interior. The terrace was also very cozy and most used by us, thanks to nice weather. The hosts are very friendly, responded quickly to any questions that came up and gave us everything we needed for check-in in advance. You can tell in the communication and in the apartment itself that the family loves to host from the heart. We will be happy to come back.

we stayed at the property for 8 days and enjoyed it very much. The apartment has everything you need and was very clean and above all cozy. The area is also very good for walking. Mario welcomed us very warmly and we were even allowed to check in a few hours in advance as indicated. The tenants in the house were also very friendly and even gave us coffee when we didn't have one, really very warm people and outside smoking you always talked briefly. Loved it and we will come back when we are around. Clear recommendation.

The three of us were in Johannesburg for an extended weekend and were very satisfied with the apartment. One person can sleep well on the couch and Celia even provided us with an air mattress. The kitchen was very well equipped and it was very clean. The furnishings are lovely and the view from the terrace into the greenery is totally beautiful. Highly recommend!
