Awesome 2 level water front home with great views down the canal and the open ocean. There is a great view from every room in the house while boasting privacy with a large gated lot. The house is located in the Bahamia neighborhood overlooking Princess Isle. High speed Internet, outdoor security cameras, kayaks, fuzball table, cornhole, smart tv's to keep yourself entertained during your stay! Linen, towels, pots, pans are all provided! 140' concrete dock 3-5' depth at low tide!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Private pool/spa. Can arrange vehicle or in home cooked meals. Additional fees for pool/spa being heated. $35 per day must be for entire stay. Must request in advance. Additional fee for water/electricity on dock. $25 per day per boat. Must be the entire stay. No fee to dock just to use water and or electricity. 17 ft Boston Whaler available for rent. Must have boater license. $250 per day.

Our 1 bedroom apartments at Ocean Reef Resort sleep 4 with either a pull down murphy bed or pull out couch in the living room. You have access to paid washer/dryers on site as well as Kayaks, bikes or car rental. The apartment has a kitchenette with a fridge, 2 burner stove top, microwave and coffee maker. Private patio with charcoal BBQ in front of your door. Restaurant on site as well as 2 pools and a jacuzzi tub. Wifi is a paid service. Dock space available by apartment $65/day.

The property is beautiful, very calm and a true reflection of what West Grand Bahama has to offer. The floor plan is very spacious, with high ceilings and lots of natural lighting. The on site property manager is the SWEETEST ever and very communicative and helpful. 10/10!

There's so much to say about Glyines home. I just can't explain. One word sums it all up Exclusive. if you are looking for a high quality place at such an affordable price this is the place look no further, everything about this place top notch. you will have no regrets. I can't wait to go back we didn't want to leave. Book it you will love everything about it especially looking at the water on the front.
