Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space where you’ll feel right at home. The charming bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and the living room has a queen size pull out couch. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you’ll need. The bathroom has a walk in shower with essential amenities. I put in a lot of effort to keep this space clean so that your stay is as comfortable as possible! Two miles from I 90. We have a large property with lots of parking space.

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Located in a small town. Town has a grocery store, gas station, Bar and Grill , Vet clinic, car repair shop, Chiroprator, and Post Office. The house has two bedrooms and everything is furnished, bedding, towels, all kitchen appliances , dishes and silverware, cleaning supplies, and a washer /dryer. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .
