We enjoyed our stay, it was just what we needed for a few days before moving into our new home. It was peaceful and very homey! Our host was wonderful to deal with and very quick to respond.

Had a great stay, the beds were so spacious and we loved having so many mirrors around as we needed them! Would definitely book again

Myself and my wife from Dublin, Ireland along with our adult daughter living in Melbourne , Australia spent 3 nights in Rob's cottage beside a lake in Lakeville Corner, New Brunswick, Canada. The cottage and surrounding area were exactly as described by Rob in his listing and for us it was the perfect location as we availed of the 2 kayaks provided via the property frontage straight onto the water. We also availed of the 2 bikes which we used along with a further bike hired in Fredericton( an easy 30 min drive away from Rob's cottage)on that town's network of off-road cycletracks alongside and near the St John's River. We also took a car ride to Fundy National Park visiting Alma and several stop off points for hikes etc. Rob's communication was excellent in all respects. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend Rob's cottage in all respects including in terms of location, cleanliness and facilties provided.

We loved how close we were to Downtown Fredericton, The home was great. We loved it and would definitely come back and tell others to use this!! There were great restaurants, malls and spa's !

Nan was fantastic. The home was perfect and had everything we needed. If we had any questions Nan responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommend her and her home.

This for me and my pups was the most serene, peaceful and beautiful place to call our home away from home. Beautiful surroundings and the motorhome was absolutely perfect. We could feel the aura of loving kindness the moment she stepped in. Amanda, the host is the most genuine kindest person I’ve ever met in my life and she made you feel at home right start to finish. She was angel in civilian clothes.

We stayed one night in a room with private bathroom. The bed was a bit soft for my friend, but I found it perfect.I also loved small breakfast (more than enough for me) and fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. I would stay there again and recommend to my friends.

This was truly one of the better living spaces you're going to find on Airbnb. It's one of those spots that you walk into and immediately think "yup this is great" and feel right at home. It's tucked out of the way and feels quite remote but is <6-7 minutes to places like Picaroons and <11m minutes to downtown. Easy access to uptown as well from the Princess Margaret. Super peaceful, woodsy feel to a really great backyard. Rob was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive to anything we needed and stocked the kitchen/bathroom/apartment with absolutely everything you need. And you MUST get upstairs to meet Gus the pup - he's a super energetic, ultra friendly little dog and meeting him was genuinely a highlight of the trip. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for somewhere quiet away from the bustle and have a car to get around!

Great place to stay and a great price! Joelle is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. She is quick to respond and provide any help if needed during your stay. Nice quiet place out in the country. Peaceful and quiet. Just a short drive into town.

Beautiful stay in Fredericton! We were a group with several groups and a child, the house is so big that everyone found their place, even the baby! :) Great location, very nice host!

Very clean and comfortable spot! Its on a very nice proprety for people who enjoy being outside in the summer!

The location was ideal for my needs. I stayed at Momma Jo's during my clinical at URVH, and it was the perfect place to unwind after my shift. Everything I needed was readily available, making my stay truly comfortable and relaxing.

This was exactly what we needed - so relaxing and peaceful, surrounded by water in a protected little harbour. The beach was perfect for wandering on and for playing with our daughter and the water is shallow and easy to access. Stepping right off the stairs into the sand was really wonderful. The cottage itself was perfect - it had everything we needed but without being cluttered, was immaculately clean, had a well-appointed kitchen, and very comfortable beds. I really can't recommend it highly enough if you want a relaxing getaway by the water. Also, nearby there is a lovely little cafe, a little gas/station grocery store, and a farmers market.

This was our second time staying here. If you’re looking for a remote, rustic, peaceful stay - this is your place. But be prepared for a lot of mosquitoes. There were so many in fact that we couldn’t explore the property but the screened in porch with the wood stove was the highlight of our trip. We’ll book again. Mostly to say hello to the resident bunny who kept hanging around. We named him Roger in case you see him. Say hello from us.

Would definitely stay here again! It was way better then I imagined. Loved waking up and sitting out in the porch in front of the water, and the water was warm! Easy access for kayaks and the house was cozy. We felt at home and didn't want to leave!

A small group of us stayed the may long weekend for bachelorette and it was absolutely beautiful! Even though it was raining we had a cozy time inside and enjoyed watching the waves from the window. This was the best stocked kitchen and bathroom I’ve seen at an Airbnb. Everything we needed was always there! The beds were extremely comfortable with the softest sheets. We felt right at home and throughly enjoyed our stay.

We had two stays booked here and sadly had to cancel the second as our party grew in size. Would stay here again in a heart beat, though! Super close to everything downtown and relatively quiet for being in the city. Also, parking! We always find that a challenge to manage but there are spots next to the building so we didn’t have to worry about on street parking at all. Well worth the stay if you’re looking for cute and affordable options. There was also a guide book with a ton of information. Hosts were very polite and responsive. Thanks, Emily and Jim!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay and the view was stunning, we would definitely love to return!

Our request to arrive a day early was accommodated which was greatly appreciated. The only mild issue was timeliness of communicating that the early arrival was accepted. We arrived in a downpour and had to wait to get the access code. A delay likely due to the change in arrival date. After that, the host was extremely responsive even to the point of offering a ride to the airport the following day to get our vehicle rental sorted out. Change in airline flight times mucked things up and the extra help was above and beyond. Property exceeded expectations and was private and peaceful despite being just off a busy road. Two dogs were welcome with out fuss. Checkout was simple and a late time was offered and so much appreciated. A gem of a property, highly recommend!

Kevin’s place was very peaceful and tranquil at the Crabbe Mountain in New Brunswick. Our stay was comfortable, the place was kept tidy and organized. The Pac-Man and air hockey games were a welcomed bonus for the stay. The kitchen has everything you need for essentials. Kevin as a host is very responsive and helpful. We needed propane for the bbq mid-trip and he came out the next day to help us. We appreciate it Kevin, thanks for a great stay!
