By far the cleanest accommodation we've been in. And the little ones were also thought of - there were water bottles and snacks to welcome them. Thank you! Perfect for the stay in Phantasialand.

Wonderful home away from home! It had everything we needed for our stay with 10 people. Aldi is a quick walk down the street and so convenient for making meals at home. We will definitely stay again next time we come to the Köln area! Ali is a great host and very responsive.

Petra received me very nicely and warmly. Then she showed me the place and explained everything. Everything is very new and well-maintained. I felt right at home. In the area are supermarkets and also restaurants, which can be easily reached by car, but also on foot. So you have everything you need for your daily needs nearby. The area is very quiet. And due to the good weather, I was able to sit comfortably on the terrace behind the house in the sun. What more could you ask for? Above all, I am very grateful that Petra responded to my special requests. Thank you again for that. Petra is really a good-hearted and very likeable person and a great host.

We enjoyed our short trip with the group very much and had a great time in this very beautiful and spacious location. Our stay was really successful all around. The accommodation is extremely tastefully furnished – with great attention to detail and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the well-equipped kitchen: you can really find everything you need for cooking here. A real highlight was the fireplace, which created a wonderfully cozy atmosphere in the evenings and rounded off the ambiance perfectly. We really enjoyed staying here for a few days and experiencing the peace and comfort of this beautiful place. Communication with Stefan was always pleasant, warm and uncomplicated. Thank you for this beautiful time – we will be happy to come back!

Great location, just on the outside of the cbd. Trainline is super close but it's only a 10min walk into the cbd. Plenty of kitchen equipment available to cook with also which made it great.

Bettina is a very friendly and excellent person. She helped us with everything. The house was very clean and well-equipped. Our car's parking space was perfect. The interior and exterior of the house were perfect. We will stay again when we come to Düsseldorf. Thank you so much for everything, Bettina. See you.

It was, as always, nice with Susanne. Everything was clean and tidy. I always feel comfortable in Susanne's apartment.

A wonderfully quiet place with a fantastic green view. Pretty much everything you can think of was present, from cotton swabs to slippers and from pans to different types of pillows. Ingrid has really done her best to make it a beautiful place and make her guests feel at home. From the house, you can quickly reach all kinds of beautiful hiking areas. Recommend!

What an amazing house. It is often so quiet and if you hear anything, it is birds. Rest and nature was all we were looking for. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the deer. We were lucky that there were young deer :) House was spotless and lovingly decorated

Beautiful view of the Rhine in a quiet, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. Very good instructions in how to access and use the pristine apartment. Comfortable bed. Parking spot provided in underground garage. Has so many nice features, including dish washer and washer/dryer, and heat pump.

We felt like we were in our own home. Whatever comes to mind in a house, it was in the ulrich&Susanne house. It is within walking distance to the cadetraline shopping street, the Turkish neighborhood and the ren river. If we come to Köln again, we would prefer to stay here again. thank you Ulrich&Susanne. Everything was easy and nice. We had a great stay in the flat which has a chilled balcony and super central location. It was lovely to meet Martha who helped with the check in and explained everything clearly. Super lovely visit in Bonn :)

Wonderful stay! It was way to find and matched the photos. The bed was comfy and enjoyed the decor, made me feel right at home. Easy to get to any transit options and less than 2 miles from the HBF to catch trains. Would recommend!

Hosts were very friendly, the apartment is totally quiet, very clean and beautifully furnished. On the large balcony, you have a view of the large field where it is very quiet and you can enjoy your peace and quiet. I can recommend the apartment

We had a good stay. The accommodation is spacious for two people. All necessities are provided. Everything was nice and clean and lovely bedding.

Wow, what a location this was! We left our previous b&b early due to noise pollution, so we booked this at the last minute. And what an oasis of peace this was! Beautiful, modern and large house. More spacious than our home. I would expect this living space and kitchen in a 6-8 person cottage. Nice and cool, ideal that the entire cottage can be darkened with shutters. Luxurious bathroom. And then that beautiful spacious green private garden with several seating areas. What a pity we could only stay here so briefly, would have liked to stay longer! The only downside is that there is only 1 bedroom, so daughter slept in the room with us. In terms of space, an extra room could easily have been created. It's nice that a crate was a duplo. And even a laundry room. Many windows/light so you can enjoy the beautiful view everywhere and enter the garden through the sliding door. Nice playground nearby. Friendly host, responds quickly to messages.

Our employee was more than comfortable again. We will certainly book here more often!
