Literally the best airbnb I stayed at so far! Rome was my last destination in my 3 week Italy trip, and my mom and I were exhausted when we got to Rome. The walk from the Termini station to Guido’s place was only about 5 minutes, and Guido was outside to greet us. When we got to the room, we were so surprised to see that the room was spotless (mind you that my mom and I are pretty picky about cleanliness). We were so well-rested the night we got to Guido’s place that it felt like a fresh start. The location is amazing. You can get to anywhere without a problem since you are so close to the station. The terrace is beautiful, and you can see the sunrise every morning. There IS an elevator. The AC worked perfectly (Rome is extremely hot in the summer, so this is a must). Also, Guido was such a fun and helpful host, I really couldn’t ask for more. There isn’t a single reason not to stay at Guido’s place, and I hope to come back as well!

Eleonora was very flexible with my schedule and provided clear instructions for me to check in by myself. I had some complications and she accommodated my needs without any problems. Really responsive and clear. The place is nice and cozy with a beautiful little terrace. Highly recommended.

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

We spent a few days in Rome and our stay was excellent. Andrea was extremely attentive all the time and helped us with transportation between the airport and the accommodation. The condo was extremely clean and cute. As for the neighborhood, we love it, it was a residential town full of cafes nearby and with easy access to tram, bus and subway, so it was very easy to get around the city quickly. We hope to get back!

It's was perfect for the price. It's was a walk up flat but it was a whole flat for the price and it had everything u need for a peaceful country side getaway. The instructions were very clear and the neighbor hood was quite and nice. There was also a station close to the house and a small town mall close to the house. It was all I have asked for and more.

We stayed a total of 5 nights and everything was perfect. We arrived at dawn and they came to greet us without any problems. Restaurant and transportation recommendations. Very friendly and caring hosts!

This is a beautiful apartment in an incredibly central location - literally around the corner from Piazza di Spagna. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the morning and in the evening, and enjoy being in the heart of Rome. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus, super comfy bed !

Nostromondo’s place was in a great neighborhood and was very spacious. It was very easy to get in touch with the host in advance of arriving in Rome and we were able to arrange a time to check in soon after we arrived. The host was very responsive throughout our stay, including when there was a clog in the shower drain, which she promptly worked to resolve while we were out on our daily tours. Overall a great stay in Rome, and would recommend for others!

Accommodation easily accessible by public transport, very clean and the host is very kind and helpful.

Christiana’s penthouse apartment is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the Coloseum and skyline are amazing, particularly the sunsets. Christiana is super communicative throughout. One of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. She kindly provided snacks, coffee and tea, a bottle of prosecco… I highly recommend Christiana’s penthouse.

Great stay. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and tidy. Silvia was very kind, she responded quickly to all our questions. Check-in and check-out are very easy and extremely flexible in terms of times. The only negative note concerns the air conditioning system, which is slightly more difficult to adjust than we expected.

The stay was great. Communication was very easy and every detail was known before ever stepping foot inside.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Alba is a friendly hostess. Even if the area doesn't look so great, the apartment was great. Very well maintained and clean. Completely consistent with the description. The location is good for reaching all the sights of Rome by bus or metro. This worked out wonderfully, despite the construction work on the subway. The only thing that is not so great is the parking. You can only park on the side of the road if you find a parking space. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. Thank you for the nice stay. My wife and I were very happy with our stay at Mr. Renato Marchetti. The apartment is located in a residential neighborhood near the center. Easy access to the subway and bus, which made it easier to get around the city. The surroundings offered options of cafes, restaurants, markets, shops, barber and several other services, all very close. The apartment is well set up, everything is very clean and functional. We don't miss anything. The host, Mr. Renato, from the first contact until our farewell, was always very attentive, proactive and super agile in the information provided. We felt very well assisted and welcomed at all times. In addition, he provided us with a transport service to the airport, at an unconventional time, which was extremely convenient for us. I have no doubt that my next stay in Rome will be at this location and I highly recommend Lilly House for those who want a quiet and pleasant stay in Rome.

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
