Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Franklin County

We really enjoyed our stay in North Raleigh. Rhonda was so friendly and responsive. She let us know when they were done with cleaning so we could get in a bit early so my youngest could nap. The space was well laid out and stocked for our week and it was easy to let ourselves in and out. We felt right at home!

WOW! This was the BEST AirBnB property I have EVER stayed in! Firstly, the host Mike was a great communicator who provided details in advance as well as instructions on leaving the property. Secondly, the home is immaculate! The owners have restored the home (beautifully done) but also made it quite high tech. The pictures do not do the property justice. It is simply draw-dropping beautiful and quaint. Next, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Mike left us with snacks, coffee, and even toiletries. I am accustomed to purchasing these items when using AirBnB, so this made my trip even easier. My husband and I are already talking about when we can get back to this fantastic property. I imagine with two wedding venues nearby, it should book very quickly. Thank you, Mike, for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!

Great spot, quiet neighborhood which was really nice , the house was awesome plenty of space and even nicer in person. They were very thoughtful about providing plenty of towels, toiletries, ect. Would definitely stay again

This a very beautiful house! It was a perfect for location our family to stay at because we were attending a graduation at UNC. The house is well kept and clean. The beds and linens were great. The bathrooms were well kept and clean. The televisions were great and we were able to stream. The kitchen had a new refrigerator and a great stove. This was great because we cooked everyday. The backyard is beautiful! The grilling area had a nice section that we used to grill and dance. The string of decorative lights were a plus. The washer and dryer was a plus as well. Overall, our stay was great!

Kayla’s has been a fantastic host and her house was gorgeous. She went above and beyond any of my expectations. She had lots of amenities for us and our kids, including for my newborn. Her attention to small details is bar none - from leaving the garage remote to creating a Netflix account for us. I would stay at this house again without a doubt. Thank you Kaylaa for your wonderful house and your impressive hosting skills. 10/10 not even close!

Experience with Blake was 5-Star, from the initial communication, to clear instructions prior to arrival, to the townhome being exactly as described. Everything was in brand new condition and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location near campus! Easy to find, check in and park. The unit was spotless, spacious, well-stocked and had a great floor plan. One thing to note is that all bedrooms are upstairs. This was a fantastic Airbnb experience from start to finish!

Edwin's place was nice and peaceful. Additionally, it was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't have any issues with my stay. I do want to highlight for those who are in bigger bodies or have mobility issues, the fit into the bathroom is a little tight and the shower has a pretty big step up. It wasn't a problem for me, but as someone who frequently travels with disabled parents, it is worth noting. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I loved our stay while we visited friends nearby! The place was well appointed with attention to detail. Ryan was a very responsive host and answered questions promptly. The home was quiet and relaxing. The treats/candy were a nice touch. The hot tub was well kept and super easy to use. The temp was perfect as well.

What an enjoyable stay we had in this condo. It was so comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. Beds were super comfortable and the location was close to our family. We enjoyed the puzzles and games which enhanced our family time during our down time. This sparkling clean home is one we would definitely visit again.

Daniel was a kind and responsive host. Whenever I needed anything, it was taken care of quickly, even two trips to a store to get extra kitchen equipment I requested! The place is small as the photos show but good for one person - and there is a lot of thoughtful intentions put into this studio. There is storage space under the bed and in upper cabinets and on the kitchen island. The bathroom is beautifully done with tile and modern furnishings. The backyard and its pergola were wonderful outdoor settings to hang out - and a good place to gather with other friendly AirBnB guests (there are 4 other AirBnB's on the property, a total of 5.) Parking and directions are clear and keyless pad entry was a breeze. For pets and kids, the backyard is an interesting place to explore with lots of fun decorations and plants. I'd recommend this place for one person who wants some privacy and a place of their own to enjoy this part of Raleigh.

This location is perfect if you want to be close to downtown. The unit is brand new and immaculate. The host could not have been nicer or more responsive. I had a question that was responded to in less than five minutes. We would rent again the next time in Wake Forest. Thank you!

The condo was nice and very clean. I appreciated the better than average towels and bed linens. The beds were very comfortable also. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and also supplied with condiments. We really enjoyed our stay and if in the area would come here again!

The Urban Owl’s Roost was absolutely gorgeous. It was far more spacious than we anticipated, with an airy and homey feel. The natural lighting through the windows upon walking in was beautiful, and every window facing anything but trees was well equipped with easy to use blinds. Each bed was very well made and clean, and each and every dish was spotless. The home had an array of readily laid out conveniences that were very appreciated, and added to the comforting environment. Even the shower and sinks had amazing water pressure. The entire home was a dream, with everything given a personal touch, and the hosts were very accommodating. If we ever have need for an airbnb again, I hope to find myself in this one. As two women traveling, I doubt we could have possibly felt safer anywhere else.

The Gadabout was a perfect stay as I solo-traveled to the Wake Forest area for a weekend. The hosts are communicative, the property was unique, and the location was very close to a cute downtown. I would recommend!
