Awesome sunrises and starry nights, crackling fire on the patio, in two acres of woods, creates a step back into nature. Just one block off US Hwy 50, by the Rock Island Trail State Park, it is the perfect B & B. For guests staying Saturday and Sunday, breakfast is included at our Gerald Cafe.

Leslie was the quintessential hostess. She met me upon arrival and ensured I felt welcome and safe. We agreed to meet for a glass of wine the next evening and we had delightful conversation. Her home is comfortable and eclectic and very warm and inviting. I will be sure to book with her again for my future visits to the St. Louis area.

First of all, and you should know this if you're interested in this place, it's a little further from St. Louis. If you can deal with that and, in my own experience, know that beforehand this place is amazing. It really feels like a warm welcome and not only did Leslie invite me to their Mother's Day bbq, they made sure I felt right at home. The house is lovely and has enough space to do your thing. I had the luxury that the other rooms we're not booked, but if they did it wouldn't have bothered me because the house is bigger than the pictures so you have enough space. Thank you Leslie (& family) for making me feel right at home and for the conversations. I loved it. If I'm in the area again, I know where I'll be staying!

A lovely place to stay surrounded by the peacefulness of Marthasville, right by the Katy Trail, and close to both Washington and Augusta. The accommodations are comfortable and roomy, even for a family of 3 with a dog. The beds are very comfortable with soft linens. The shower is a treat! A wonderful restaurant (Mavericks) and coffee shop are mere steps away. Everyone is so friendly. And don’t miss Lake Creek Winery (in Marthasville) and its views. It was very easy to check in, and we felt very safe/secure here.

The room was decorated super cute. Bed comfy and lots of towels. Nice coffee bar. The breakfast next store was top notch. The location was perfect for going to Augusta Wineries or Hermann for day trips. A very good value and I highly recommend.
