The guest apartment is located directly on campus, yet close to nature. If you have problems with pets, insects or feathered friends, you should not read any further. Close to shopping, swimming pool, ice rink, good gastronomy, nature reserve. Parking is available right in front of the property. Good starting point for hikes to the Kickelhahn, to the Bobhütte, Gabelbach or Rennsteig, for bike rides on the Ilmradweg or individually, motorized for tourist destinations in Thuringia

Villa Anschütz apartment

In the state-approved resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have converted the attic of the "Villa Anschütz" into a cozy apartment with a lot of love for detail. The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. The view of the over 100-year-old beech and the ancient rhododendron bushes - almost trees - in the garden is breathtaking. The original beams of the roof structure, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cozy.

The apartment has a large living/bedroom with a fireplace. There is a modern kitchen and a high-quality bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. The terrace invites you to linger in the countryside. Parking is right outside the door. The picturesque town with a castle is surrounded by a lot of forest and numerous hiking trails. There is a train station where trains run hourly to Ilmenau and Erfurt. Within walking distance are a bakery and other shopping possibilities.

Haven't you always wanted to get to know the foothills of the Thuringian Forest? How about a few carefree days in the countryside? Do as the barons of Witzleben did and move your "home away from home" to the Geratal. In the "Landhaus am Waldesrand" you will find a fantastic accommodation (approx. 100 square meters). It has an open living / dining area, an open comfortable kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with bath and shower, terrace and large garden.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use these, please let us know after booking. We also have a pool that you are welcome to use in the summer.

The 90 sqm holiday home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.

Small apartment by the forest

The small apartment is located in Gräfenhain, a quiet district of Ohrdruf. It has been completely renovated in recent years. On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.
