Before we arrived, Juan contacted us and gave us clear and precise instructions on how to get there, how to access and some recommendations for shopping and food. Access to the property was very easy, parking near the house, etc. The house was very clean, with towels and bed linen that smelled and felt very good. The comfortable beds, the things in the house are the necessary ones to have a good time. I would definitely come back. Thanks for everything.

Excellent place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as they were shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My dog was very happy and there's plenty of room to walk around the designated areas.

The house is very nice, just like the photos, everything is very clean. It has all the cookware. You sleep very comfortably, you don't hear any noise despite being on a small avenue. The pool is a good size for the house and very nice. Mr. Felipe is very formal. The taxi had a hard time finding the address, the street where it is located is narrow but it is in the center of Cuernavaca. Thanks to Ms. Marcela for her excellent attention and always being on top of everything, thank you very much. We plan to return.

Our experience at this accommodation was generally very good. We went as a family, more than 16 people, including babies, children, seniors and two dogs, and the place was well suited to our needs. Despite the maintenance details, our experience was positive thanks to José's attention and the fact that the place is well thought out for large groups. With some upgrades, this place could be great. We recommend it if you are looking for a spacious place, with a good atmosphere and staff available to help you, in addition to the fact that the host is super accessible both at check-in and check-out. We would stay again since the place lends itself to a more noisy environment, something that many accommodations do not allow.

We went to a wedding very close to the Airbnb and Jorge was flexible (since he was not busy) in the early access to change and also in leaving a little later. The cottage is just like the description and photos, everything was clean and although it does not have AC, the fans were enough. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Hello everyone!!! Our experience was fantastic (!) The place is in a very nice, quiet and safe condominium. Its location is excellent, as it is only 5 minutes by car to the supermarket to buy food for that barbecue. The house is totally faithful to the photographs you see, quite spacious and with everything you need to feel comfortable, as well as being clean and tidy. So, when you open the door you will enjoy a comforting view since the pool is quite beautiful and has very good maintenance, although it does not have a boiler that is not a problem since during our stay it was not necessary because the heat was at an ideal temperature. Finally, I'd like to say that the internet was great, they have access to streaming platforms and the host's service was wonderful, always attentive and responsive. An excellent choice for your vacation. No more, a greeting and a safe trip.

The stay at Jackie's place was excellent. It has air conditioning in each room worth it during the hot nights. The house is right in front of the pool and makes it very convenient to enjoy the cluster environment. The proximity to the village of Tezoyuca and quick access to the highway is very convenient. The person who gave us the house was very friendly and quick, in answering our doubts and needs. We would be happy to come back to rent this unit with Jackie. The apartment is an excellent option to spend several days with family and/or friends. Christian was always very flexible and was attentive to our stay. The subdivision is luxurious and you can do any activity safely. For those who like to swim, the pool is very large and has everything you need to spend a whole day in it. In general, we liked it a lot and we plan to return soon.

We spent a weekend with several families with small children and Juan's house was super comfortable with enough space for everyone and it is just like the description and photos. Everything is in very good condition, the spaces are very pleasant to be inside or outside the house. The heated pool is a marvel, as are the different games to keep the children entertained. The people who help in the house are very kind and helpful and cook delicious food. We had a spectacular time and Juan was always on the lookout to make sure everything was fine.
