Edvard's apartment was super beautiful and deserved all 5 stars, the views were magnificent, the furnishings, new beautifully designed bathrooms, including kitchen, dishes and coffee machine were perfect and left nothing to be desired. Access to the sea can be reached by a private staircase and you can swim wonderfully in the clear water. The apartment is quiet and the sunset is simply fantastic. Thank you Edvard ...for this beautiful place to stay.

We had a wonderful start to the vacation in Raffaela's accommodation. Communication in advance went smoothly. We were warmly greeted with an incredibly delicious wine. The entire facility is well maintained and clean, the equipment extensive and in very good condition, so we could cook every evening. Raffaela thinks of everything, from the dish sponge to the conditioner, in principle we could have arrived without any equipment. Also for a beach visit, everything is on site (parasol, etc.) I have never experienced such a well-equipped accommodation, in which I immediately felt at home. At the property you have absolute peace and quiet and yet you are only a few minutes by car from the beach, and there are shopping facilities. Be sure to try the delicious figs in chia, which are also sold at fruit stalls.

Beautiful house! Very comfortable and very well equipped. The terrace has become our living room! It's calm and life! WoW! Grocery store 5 minutes' drive away! 2 beaches that are 15 minutes' walk away. Otherwise, many other beaches are close by car! We would highly recommend. Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

Very nice accommodation, very clean, very well equipped, very bright. With a garden for lunch and a nap. Great welcome, with local pastries, fresh water as soon as we arrive. Simonetta always responsive to questions. Accommodation Well located for visiting the Costa Del South , the islands , Porto Pino... need for a car to do all these visits.

If you’re looking for an authentic experience off the beaten path, but a short drive to great beaches, superstores, and 30 minutes to Cagliari, then this is the place! A tranquil property with beautiful citrus tree groves (we picked lemons and oranges daily!), and a home filled with love and character, built by previous generations of Vittoria’s family. She and her sister were flexible with our check-in, met us personally, recommended a restaurant for dinner & where to shop the next day, and even took our sons in-hand to show them the gardens. Over the next few days, we drove <30 minutes to incredible beaches. Vittoria has some great recommendations. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. My only watch-out is the stairs to the 2nd floor are a little rickety. For the young and/or the elderly, it may be a little challenging. The listing is correct - you need a car. For those renting, remember to get an international drivers license! Needed for many rental agencies.

It's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the peace. A treat for the eye. You immediately feel very welcomed and the surroundings make you relax right away. The host is very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful. Our family enjoyed all the peace and beauty of se place.

We just spent three weeks at Marizo’s place, and it was fantastic. From the moment we reached out to book, he was super responsive and helpful. Since this was a workation, we needed two workspaces, and that was no issue at all—there was a desk in the bedroom and a dining table in the lounge. The one-bedroom flat was perfect; it had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer, plus some nice extras like beach mats and an air fryer. They even had a bunch of condiments that made cooking easier. The online streaming was great too, so we could keep up with our shows while we were away. The whole apartment was well-designed, with plenty of hanging and storage space in the bedroom. They even had a smart shoe rack and drawer organizers. The blackout blinds were a lifesaver since it gets really bright this time of year. Parking is free right outside, and there are two butchers, a supermarket, and several local bars and restaurants within walking distance. My husband and I like

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

We stayed in Sheila's apartment for 4 nights: we arrived late by plane and Sheila welcomed us very well despite the late hour. The apartment matches the description and photos, very clean and tidy. Parking is easy to find, we always parked in the street of the house or in a parallel one a minute's walk away. Around the house there are various grocery stores, supermarkets and everything you may need is easily accessible on foot. Sheila also provided us with a cot and a high chair for the baby and also a toy to entertain him. What can I say? We'll definitely come back to see you, Sheila!

Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

Paolo was great host. He welcomed us super warmly. The apartment was as described and we didn't lack anything. From the terrace, you had a wonderful view of the sea.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Good location of the property very central to the upper part of the city. You can reach everything on foot. Accommodation is in a small alley, therefore there are only windows in the living room and bedroom, so do not expect a beautiful view. For a short trip to explore the city, the property is recommended. I would not recommend longer stays due to the location and lack of windows in the bathroom.

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

We had. a wonderful stay at Angelo's place. The house is truly amazing. Lots of shade and green areas. The outside dining area is fantastic. The house was clean and included all amenities and beach supplies. The beach by the house is spotless clean with crystal clear waters. Angelo is a great host, truly kind and communicative. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

We stayed at Anna's house a year ago on vacation and returned because we liked it very much. The house, the garden, proximity to great beaches… was perfect again.

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

Love at first sight. The location is very quiet, suitable for people like us who want to rest. The villa is only about 50m from the large, long (almost private) beach. Other well known beaches like Costa Rei or Villasimius are about 20 minutes away. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, even the kitchen. Very modern toilets and shower facilities. Garden with meadow, fireplace, whirlpool. Terrace on top is a gem with the seaview. Unfortunately there is only one parking space available in the villa. But additional cars can be parked in a parking lot outside the private area. The costs for electricity and water are included in the price. The host, Margerita was very kind and helpful. She even showed us the nearby beach, kept informing us about different restaurants, beaches, grocery stores and activities in the region. And at our request, she picked up the separated waste. ⁠All in all, it was a perfect stay for my family and me. We definitely would love to come again.

We had a lovely stay at this house. The place is as described and as commented upon by previous reviews. It is amazing to stay in a house by the beach. The garden is gorgeous with well maintained numerous flowering plants. Helpful hints- if you walk 5-10 mins to the right when you come out of the garden (aim for the garden gate with fish design!), the sea water is sandy and shallow with barely any pebbles or seaweed. Spiaggia di Punta Molentis is the best beach for kids and adults; beautiful, shallow water, unique with water on either side, and protected from wind. We would recommend hiring a car but there is a bus stop 5 mins from the house. Luisa was responsive to our queries. We struggled dealing with bins there, so I’d recommend just contacting her and getting her to deal with it any problems. Hot water in shower is on all the time but given the tank size, we’d recommend a timing strategy if there are multiple guests. Overall, felt totally refreshed after our say, thank you.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!
