Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

If you are looking for peace, tranquility and countryside scenery, come and discover our apartment. You will find all amenities (farmers' market, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, butcher...). Many trails for mountain biking or hiking around the lake or in the countryside. 5/15 km away: tree climbing course, amusement park, animal park You can also visit the beautiful villages of our department, as well as the foie gras museum in Frespech 15 km away.

Hello The apartment is located on the first floor of a secure residence with elevator A balcony will allow you to relax or smoke. The apartment has been completely refurbished and has a 160x200 bed for your comfort. You will have all the necessary equipment (coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, Smart Tv internet...) a modern bathroom with towel dryer. The bed linen is included as well as the towels.
