We loved staying at this place, but mostly we appreciated the new friendship with Dina which was a lovely person to speak and have beautiful realtions with. I 100% reccomend and will definitely be coming back in the near future, without a doubt.

I won't be mistaken if I say that this is one of the best locations in the city. on the one hand, it is very close to the center, but on the other hand, it is very quiet. The house is located downstairs, so you don't have to go up and down all the time. Very close to the beach, supermarket, restaurants. The view from the balcony and the peacock roaming nearby deserve special attention :) The host is very friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very spacious and has all the needed amenities. It is in a walkable distance to the city center, but in a very quiet area. There is a parking space. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is nothing negative about the property and I highly recommend it.

This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Our visit to Nikolaos’ s place was wonderful. The room was exactly like in the pictures and I can say more stylish in reality. The check-in was easy for us and we had all the instructions needed. The place was fully equipped with all the necessities and it has a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and tidy. We had sufficient space for everything. Our experience was amazing because of the host as well. He is very helpful, friendly, respectful and responsive. Thank you for all your help when my boyfriend got in problems and thank you for this amazing experience. Definitely recommend going there, 5 star review. I can’t wait the next vacation.

A great place I hope to come back again. The cottage is perfect with a great view of the beautiful sea. Everything is close to shops to nice restaurants. Despite being early in the year, we were already open several restaurants. I can recommend this place to anyone

We were in Greece for the first time and are thrilled with the accommodation and the host. The apartment has a very nice location. Very quiet in a residential area with direct sea views. Check-in is done with a numeric code. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that works perfectly, a small kitchen that contains the essentials for two people, shutters, shower gel, etc. Shower and toilet are separate. In general, the building is a very new construction (3 years old during my stay). The best thing was that the host actively approached us after arrival and gave us recommendations for good restaurants and attractions. After consultation with us, the apartment was cleaned daily. The beach and the waterfront of Nea Roda are within walking distance. In general, it is a great location to do things nearby. I highly recommend this place.

We were here for the second time - and it was just perfect for a little break. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic - the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for it. Vassiliki is a wonderful hostess: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

An exceptionally pleasant stay! The accommodation was spotless – equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-arranged, with a beautiful terrace and view. The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk from the beach. The hosts are wonderful people and are always there if you need anything. I highly recommend it for a lovely and relaxing holiday.

Everything was perfect for us.

Great accommodation with an outstanding, cozy balcony with rocking chair! The apartment matches the photos, kitchen well equipped with large refrigerator. We were there with our child and there was a top baby bed and an Ikea high chair, so perfect. The bathroom is rather small and if you shower too extravagantly, the floor gets wet, but since there is a drain, no problem. There is a washing machine and we also received detergent from the hosts, thank you again. Only the air conditioning fails to cool the apartment properly. But thanks to the fan and mosquito screens, you can sleep at night with the windows open.

The location is great, easy to find, and around you can find absolutely everything you need. Flexible check in and Nadia was very nice to help us with everything we needed. The apartment is comfortable and the view from the terrace is absolutely wonderful. For those who have a more sensitive sleep, right next door is a bar where you can hear music until the night, but for us it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend! 🩵

Our stay at Ioannes was really wonderful. The description of the pictures corresponds exactly to what we found: the apartment was modern and aesthetically furnished, tidy and clean. From the parasol for the beach to the ironing board to pots and pans, everything you need for a nice vacation was there. And you are right by the sea! Ioannes was very likeable and welcomed us kindly in Kalyves. We particularly liked the flexibility and hospitality of Ioannes: we were not only able to check into the apartment at 1:00 a.m. (due to the very late flight) without any problems, but were also greeted with a small snack. The contact with Ioannes was pleasant, smooth and problem-free. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Our stay at this incredible location was exceptional. The meticulous attention to detail in the suite's design, lighting, and overall ambiance made for an unforgettable experience. The superhosts went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment, offering invaluable suggestions for the best beaches, local cuisine, and picturesque sights. The atmosphere they created was delightful, and the room was impeccably clean every day. We particularly loved the added perk of being able to rent a boat, complete with a cooler bag to keep our refreshments cold throughout the day. This thoughtful touch allowed us to fully enjoy the stunning Diaporos island. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Everything was great! The host Lena was very kind and gave us directions! If you want relaxation and peace this is the right place. The yard is huge and well maintained. My children were fascinated!

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

We had a nice stay. The host met us, the day before check-in sent us a lot of information about faster access to the location ,about good restaurants,sights, and beach locations. Our stay was peaceful, the apartment perfectly suited the descriptions and our space was enough for our big company..

great place received upgraded room by host. fantastic pool with whirlpool option! nice sunbeds, nice olive garden super cute bar at the pool with vending machines with coffee, drinks, water. spacious rooms with big bathroom, nice kitchen with everything you need at hand. pool and garden very cosy at night with nice lighting. near restaurants and shops. very kind and communicative host. very clean accomodation!
