Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fountain Valley

We had an amazing 9-night stay as a family and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The house was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful neighborhood, the refreshing pool, and the cozy fire pit in the backyard made it perfect for both relaxing and spending quality evenings together. Everything was thoughtfully prepared—plenty of amenities, cozy beds, and even pool towels. Moana and Raphael were outstanding hosts—super responsive, friendly, and always helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay. Their communication was seamless and made everything easy. The location was ideal—quiet, yet close to Disneyland, shopping, and great local spots. Walmart is just around the corner, and the beach is only a 20-minute drive. Absolutely 5 stars all around. We’d love to come back again!

It was nice, clean, and had a nive backyard and great coffee bar. The only thing I would add is a refrigerator with an ice dispenser or easy access to ice. That is probably something that I wouldn't want to buy during a short stay that would be helpful to have access to. We also weren't a huge fan of the barn door for the master bathroom (not our taste but I know it is a common trend) and the inability to close and lock. But luckily there were two other bathrooms we could use that had regular doors. It was overall a nice stay.

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! The home and setting is beautiful! Perfect for our family coming from far distances to celebrate a graduation from a local University. Ahn was very helpful and quick to respond and assist with any and everything. Hope to have the occasion to come back again!

Anthony and Janey’s home in Orange, CA was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect for our Disney family trip—just a short drive away and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The house looked exactly like the photos (honestly, even better in person) and was spotless, tidy, and beautifully maintained. The pool was clean and comfortably warm, the beds were super cozy, and the showers had amazing water pressure. Every amenity was in excellent condition, and you could tell they really put thought into making the home welcoming and functional. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Anthony and Janey were amazing super hosts—friendly, quick to respond, and super helpful throughout our stay. We loved the home so much we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in California.

Jerry's house is in a wonderful location and very spacious. Everything was well-equipped and well-maintained, and our friends really loved staying there. Jerry was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If I visit the area again, I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

John's place is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. He has invested so much time and effort to make such a great place to stay. The pool table to darts and even a freaking arcade game were a blast to play while relaxing at the house. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

Beautiful Apartment with amazing views. Check in check out process is cumbersome as you have to make two trips to the apartment each time. There is a lot of traffic noise as it is right next to a very busy road.

Great place to stay. Great location, walkable distance to restaurants. Clean, private, well furnished. Lots of additional things are provided (I.e filtered water, eating utensils, bowls, plates, detergent, extra blankets, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner). It has everyone we needed and more

This is the best place to get when you come to Newport with family. It is the perfect distance from the beach to the Fun Zone and all the shops and restaurants! The rooms are amazing and the kitchen is perfect! We plan on staying here again!!

This one-bedroom Airbnb in a luxury Santa Ana apartment exceeded expectations. The space was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had high-end amenities. The building offered great security, a pool, and a gym. The host was responsive and accommodating. Perfect for a comfortable, stylish stay highly recommend for business or leisure!
