We had a lovely stay at this place. Very good communication with Benjamin who is a very attentive host. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and the patio is very nice. We were with 5 cars and we managed to park in very close and free parking spaces. A 30-minute walk from Place des Lices, the apartment is well placed for walking around Rennes.

The accommodation is beautiful: decoration thought out in every detail, impeccable and comfortable bedding Equipment level, nothing to say, there's absolutely nothing missing Everything is done to make the stay even more enjoyable Big plus: we have two dogs and these are often not allowed. Hi everyone, We highly recommend this cottage (cleanliness, quality of the bedding, small flowery courtyard for eating or resting....), greenery nearby, many sites to visit nearby, quiet.... Many thanks to Cécile and Gilles, who were very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the bouquet of roses on our arrival. Go without any fear.

Very good stay in this quiet country house but benefiting from a beautiful location since it is located a few minutes from the road infrastructure facilitating travel to Rennes and its surroundings. House particularly well maintained and very well equipped with quality utensils, accessories and furniture. Very friendly welcome and particularly responsive host.

We had a wonderful long stay at Annie and Mike’s. They were such helpful and kind hosts, and the house and surroundings were beautiful. Plenty to see and do in the area, and lots of peace and quiet too. Highly recommended and we hope to stay again!

We loved this place! We wish we had been able to stay longer! The property conversion is fantastic and the result of some incredible work. The host was very welcoming and even left us with some fresh bread, butter and jam! We loved the location. Very private but with the host nearby in case we needed anything. Our little dog was made to feel very welcome also. The place cosy, we even got to watch some English TV! We will be back and next time we will stay longer!

Very pleasant quiet stay in this old inn renovated with taste. I can only recommend it!

We would come back. Being awakened by cows and sheep was really wonderful for us city people. The cottage was very cozy, comfortable bed, everything you need. Everything is also quickly accessible by car. We were also able to spontaneously book another night. The flexibility of the hostess was great. Thanks a lot!

Correct service there is what you need for a short stay with families

Amazing time for a family gathering staying in 4 well equipped Gites in quiet rural surroundings with bbq’s, private hot tubs and pool. Louise was very helpful with recommendations for day outs, places to eat etc

The accommodation is very well equipped and very remote, which allows you to be peaceful, quiet assured. The SPA is really a plus. Our hosts are very responsive and welcoming. i highly recommend it.

A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊
