excellent location. Rolande welcomed us warmly. I chose this rental with the super host guarantee. However, I was disappointed because a rejuvenation seems necessary for the furniture (shower door, furniture at the end of their life). The cleaning is superficial and neglected in some places. For the health and safety of travelers, remember to have the 100% clogged air conditioning filter and the VMC vents cleaned. Consider changing the gas pipe that has been expired since 2011. It is impossible to use the vacuum cleaner, which was full of dust and has a foul smell. Be careful with the sheets and towels that smell of mold. A replacement of the toilet seat is urgent. These remarks are not made with malicious intent but to help you improve. Otherwise I recommend this apartment which is super well located in a beautiful area.

The cottage is very tastefully furnished and renovated. In particular, the carpentry work such as doors, windows, built-in cabinets and stairs are of high quality. We felt very comfortable and Caroline was a very nice and attentive hostess. Your welcome gifts made our stay sweeter. Thank you!

It is a beautiful and very well-equipped accommodation. We were able to arrive flexibly and immediately felt welcome. The place is tastefully decorated. There is nothing missing in the kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are large and bright. We felt very comfortable. Communication with Claude was great. He always responded quickly, in a friendly and reliable manner. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. The place is very nice. The great beaches are within walking distance, as are bakeries and restaurants. The south of Brittany is beautiful, the people are very friendly and we had a nice relaxing holiday. And maybe next time we'll be able to meet in person.

Barbara and Julien's accommodation was impeccable with everything you need inside and out, to feel at home during our stay. Our 2-year-old daughter was thrilled on the children's floor, so she wasn't disappointed by the capricious weather to enjoy all the games and books! Great location for exploring the surroundings! We highly recommend it!

Had a great time, very nice house. Close to the Marais, great to have bicycles at your disposal. The house is very welcoming , clean, very well equipped, superb enclosed garden with large terrace. thanks to Maria for the little touches. We'll come back for sure!

A lovely, authentic, warm, cozy, and welcoming place to stay in a peaceful setting

Jeanne welcomed us with a small bouquet of thrush as we arrived on May 1 and delicious crepes. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay! The studio was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. (Just a heads-up: bed linen needs to be rented in advance—we brought our own from home.) The sea view is absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather during our stay as it rained quite a bit, but that didn’t take away from the charm of the place. The location is very convenient—only 4 minutes by car to the city center of Concarneau—and it’s also a great base for day trips to nearby towns in the region. One small note of caution: be sure to lock your car securely at night. Our dashcam recorded a pair of people trying to open car doors during the night. Other than that, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed our time here!

We loved staying at Aurélie and Fabian’s place! It was perfectly located close to the many beautiful coves of Beg Meil where we swam daily. It was clean and comfortable and super quiet considering how close it was to local cafes and restaurants. We’ll definitely be back!

we were well received by Michel. His advice on what to do or see was helpful. The apartment is large, clean and well furnished. The only negative point is that if you leave the windows open, the street noise is very present. Despite this, I recommend Michel's house where we will most likely return to finish our discovery of the surroundings.

dream stay at Thomas's. The apartment is superb,cozy,it feels good , well decorated, well-equipped. We would have gladly stayed there for more than two nights. the sea is at the foot of the large terrace and you don't get tired of the back and forth of the tides. In short, happiness and luck in addition to having nice and warm weather thomas's welcome booklet is a plus that can be helpful. That the lucky ones who can enjoy it do not hesitate, the rate charged is correct for the quality of the service.

We had a fantastic time at Christine’s studio. The location is right on the beach with a breath taking view, just five minutes walk from the town centre….we arrived on Thursday and were able to experience the lovely local market on Friday with a variety of products (clothing, bags, jewellery, food….) …the people in the area are very welcoming…it does help that we speak French…there is lots to do and visit…we were only staying for 3 nights but thought next time we will stay longer as so much beautiful sites we would have loved to visit and the weather was amazing! ❤️

ideal accommodation for 2 on the garden level. very comfortable, good bedding. Nice decoration, 1 TV in the main room and 1 in the bedroom. A small outdoor area with table and 2 deckchairs. Very well located near a marina and a beach. You have to take the car to go to the shops but it is not far. the place is quiet. we really recommend this accommodation

Excellent weekend in Yohan's apartment. The view is superb, it was what I was looking for the weekend. Waking up to this view is a treat. You can easily access the city by following the beach, which makes the walk really pleasant. The apartment is very clean and well-decorated. I highly recommend it!!

Isabelle's accommodation matches the listing. It is small but well furnished and very well decorated. The bed and chairs are comfortable, there are several pillows. Isabelle provided us with coffee, tea, soap, maintenance. The location is good: everything on foot, walled city, restaurant, port. Two minor drawbacks: the entrance to the building smells strongly of cigarettes, the random network, and the collective wifi. Currently, the building is under renovation with scaffolding, but this did not bother us.

We had a wonderful stay at Annaig's, who welcomed us on arrival. Even though the weather was rather cloudy the first few days, the brightness of the apartment with its terrace was super nice. The apartment is well-equipped, quiet, it met our expectations, comfortable bedding, large sofa, etc. (parking space). We were able to do the planned hikes and visits from this place. The Treustel beach that we love was a stone's throw away. We fell in love with Patrick's pancakes, which he serves from his Food Truck (La maison du blé noir). For groceries, Combrit offers its Super U, a real local meeting place, otherwise Biocoop is not far and local markets welcome you according to the days. Located between Pont l'Abbé and St Marine / Benodet, Ile Tudy is a delight. We'll be back at Annaig's.
